Hard to plan these events in advance because mother nature always has another plan... flat, stormy, and windy
Getting a but slack when you can't break these down into heats.
If the waves are like these during Olympics, that will be a little bit boring....
destroying portions of reef so that way the olympians can be comfortable in a new tower while the waves are crap
