Glad I got here before the "nuh-uh" guy. It's very true and it's present in our societies today in multiple fields of work, not just fighting. We call em trades and traditions today. Where only a few are able to still do something once considered common practice. Forging and refining metals by hand, stitching and sewing clothing, and carving stone/masonry just as a few examples.
Any military that over uses advanced technology cant really fight
