As expected I have been to everyone of them although I needed to check Zugspitze is actually Gramisch Partenkirchen in Germany.
However I lose respect for this video when it include Italian Courmayeur in the top 15. It is a tiny resort of just 42km piste! It neighbour La Thuile is a much better bet not only it has with 150km piste but is linked with the French La Rosiere resort. It is one of the rare opportunity to ski two countries in one resort. The top choice of Zermatt is linked with the Italian Cervinia too. In fact Zermatt is the most expensive European resort but can be skied easily by staying in the Italian side which is a lot more affordable because it can be reached by car to the bottom of the chairlifts..
The video mention Meribel and Courcheval which is linked side by side together with Val Thorens known as the mighty 3 Vallee with over 600km piste and 200 chairlifts. Val D sere is at the end of the same Tarentaise Valley which houses the world's biggest skiing paradise starting with Vamorel, then at Moutier one can go to the 3V, further up at the middle there is a town called Boug St Maurice one can access the Paradiski formed by the 425km piste of Les Arc linked with La Plagne . Boug st Maurice is also the access point to a small resort called St Foy and also the La Roisere that links with Italian La Thulie I mentioned earlier. The end of the Valley is called Domain Espace Killy formed by Val D sere with Tignes that has over 300km piste.
I am please the video mentioned Val Gardena and Contina D Ampezzo but disappointed that the video did not mention these are the 2 out of the 4 corners of the might Sella Ronda the world's biggest skiing loop of 40km which can be skied clockwise or anticlockwise. Any serious skier could not possibly ignore and not try this famous loop in the Italian Dolomites that has a total of 12 resorts making up a total of 1200km piste. Dolomites is so large that it could take weeks to try all the 12 resorts but area around Sella Ronda is definitely the best the Italy could offer.
In conclusion the video did present the best or the most expensive resorts in French (Courchevel), Italy (Cortina D Ampezzo), German (Zugspitze), Swiss (Zermatt) and Austria (St Anton/Lech). Courmayeur is just the odd one out.

there is also no way zugspitze makes it to the top 15, been there is sort of my home mountain so I feel qualified to roast it :D, even if you include Garmisch-classic you only get around 60 kilometres of which around 10 are rarely open because of the bad weather conditions and snow safety. Zugspitze does not have a single black run and Garmisch-Classic only has two black runs, one of which is almost never open, however one of the is the Kandahar run which is quite nice for expert skiers. Garmisch and Zugspitze also have some logistic problems: In Garmisch-Classic you always have to wait because of the long queues at the important lifts. And for Zugspitze you will have to take a special train which is also slow as hell, but quite fun to ride with some stunning views. However, I still want to say that Zugspitze and Garmisch-Classic are some amazing resorts but some Austrian resorts not mentioned like Sportgastein&Bad Gastein (POWDER), Mayrhofen some glaciers like stubai or Wilder Kaiser would have been better choices at least for me

Courmayour? I’ve been skiing and teaching in Europe and the resorts listed above for the last 15 years and I’ve never even heard of it. Apart from that, I’ve spent time in every resort on the list, and thus would like to change some of the orders around. First of all, put some respect on Austrian ski resorts. Verbier should be top 5, as it’s skiing is amazing both on and offpiste (albeit lacking in parks). Meribel should also be higher, as the 3 valleys has an excellent range of difficulty.
