Thank You for all the information you provide in your videos Max!! Even for those of us who aren’t currently looking to buy a home are aren’t in your area. Everything from building materials, home inspections, having your home tested for radon and carbon monoxide, to income qualifications, heating and cooling recommendations, location in relativity to schools, work and shopping, to dealing with banks, down payments, going through escrow and closing, etc., even in this video with explaining what a short sale and a trustee sale.. you provide a wealth of knowledge to your viewers that they can go back and reference and do research on so they have the info readily available to them and won’t be caught of guard by something unexpected when buying a home!! So Thanks Max, we appreciate you!!
