Next it's CAD and CAM licensing, flood coolant and air assist, automatic tool changer, etc.! It looks like you have a fine machine that you've done an exceptional job restoring and putting together. I must say, it's very impressive! Thank you for sharing your exceptional work!

I gotta say this to you Ca lem, your fake is better then most people’s real! And dont ever doubt that, the only person you compare yourself to is yourself and that is why you will never stop growing, learning and developing your skillset. Every mistake is a lesson learned to temper your “metal”. I look up to you and that is a fact!

Very nice job! Glad to see you posting and engaging in this sort of work after the explanation video you posted a while ago, regarding your situation and the rest of your concerns... Your work always pleases me and is highly inspiring... Those scraped surfaces worked with stones give off the Robin Renz flashbacks, when he showed that moore crescent scraping of lab grade, sure, he is a benchmark, a standard setter and a goal keeper with his quality of work, but i can see the quality and effort akin to his, that went into those scraped surfaces... You have my highest regards and commendation - dear friend!
    All the best,
    Steuss

Great video as usual, the crashes at the begining brought back some memories 😢. A few tips as you start: try to stay in the 1/8 to 1/4in (3 to 6mm) range end mill for this power and spindle speed. If you need to engrave, brass is easier. Consider building a complete enclosure - CNC are messy and more importantly watch your CAM toolpath, you have a lot of tool pressure on your ring example when stepping to the next ring.
