6:54 I have done, and redone, the blender section many times, following you step by step but every time I get to this point I do not see any vertex options In the vertex group box, its just empty. I am working with francis if that matters.
ik this was 4 days ago but i got this same issue except there was only one vertex option. i ended up deleting my roblox character and putting it back in and it worked again.

This is kinda late (sry, just found this myself), but you use the crowbar application to pack the folder after you've made it, then drag the .vpk file the program created into your 'addons' folder within the Left 4 Dead 2 files.
Make sure that when change the weights or whatever, that your Roblox character is highlighted blue, and not the survivor model, otherwise the skeleton will still be attached to the model, in case you haven't figured this out...

How do i export my obj in one texture? or how do i make it 3 texture in 1 addon? When i export it it comes with: Handle1_diff.png (hat) Handle2_diff.png (hair) Nothardbucks1_diff.png (whole body) i dont see any tutorial on google or im just lazy eye not reading.
I had several textures too! Rather than texture baking them all into one texture, I just used VTF edit to convert all textures the model needed into VTF and VMT files and that worked fine after I put it into the materials folder!

Heya, Hope im not being annoying with this but on the part for the arms for some reason it doesnt give me the vertex groups and the weights stays on the survivors instead of the roblox avatar, Is there something im doing wrong?
Like, the Robloxian mesh dosent have Vertex Groups and the weights keeps on the original mesh? Try deleting the Survivor mesh, select your robloxian arms then select the skeleton while holding shift, then open the parent thing with ctrl p and select parent with empty weights. [Sorry if you didnt understand anything i said.]

my only problem is that the .bat file won't run at 11:18, and I can't compile the qc file it won't read my game at 12:54.
I've tried reinstalling the game, but it has a custom installation route.
for the bat file you need to edit it from rochelle/producer to the survivor you're changing it to so if it's nick change it to gambler
you would have to follow on a different video how to use strawberry pearl and run prompts for it to work they already had it installed and set up

If there is more than 1 material the do exactly the same thing with vtfedit (you can find the materials names in the roblox mesh in blender)
