    Just took your free course on coloring buttercream! I learned so much! Thank u! Also is IMBC the best type of buttercream to use for piping flowers? I tried american but i live in such a hot humid country that it only takes 5 mins before it starts getting mushy. What’s the best buttercream for flowers?

      I definitely prefer italian or swiss! If it's really hot you might have to consider adding some vegetable shortening to stabilize things. You can also try wearing a glove help insulate the piping bag from the heat of your hand.

      Baking Butterly Love i did put some vegetable shortening in my american buttercream but it still turned mushy :(
