I read in one of Dolores Cannons' books about an ancient civilization who used colorful lights from high above (ceiling) and it healed people. Been using this in my imagination to heal and also by allowing. I believe imagination is limitless. Thank you for this illumination series. Also, I love how Linda says, 'just breathe'. I am retired, turning 73 this year and my life, through my choices has been both incredibly challenging and rewarding, possibly in equal measure, however through study, and yes, plant medicine in the 70's wherein I did experience that oneness with everything and "understood" connectedness with every being I have come through with time on my hands to reflect and allow. And as I have allowed life has come to me in ways I couldn't imagine, gardening jobs to repay the blasted credit card debt and what better wsy to spend my time in good weather and sun, literally lying in the dirt, kneeling on a knee pad, in and amongst the soil, freeing up beautiful shrubbery from suffocating weeds, sun on my back. I always said to friends years ago, look after life, keep it simple and it will look after you, and it has. So my dear friends everywhere, do keep it simple, do not fear and life will look after you. I thought being sensitive was just something that I picked up for my childhood but now I realize I’ve always been a child and awakened to what is about to happen thank you, Adamus Linda and Jeffrey
