Minus the last ones from season 5 most of them were either because it was a superior who was probably looking for an excuse to kill her or they weren't all that serious or simple things, like when she tased Adora in season 1 on a higher setting than intended before she realised Adora was leaving the Horde and turning on it.

My only problem with this series is how close it is to being good but it shares the same problem that LOK has. They sidestep core details that are necessary for character motivations. And the fact that I don't like a lot of the characters doesn't help either. I'm pretty sure I lost my shit about 30 times in one episode.
Some of those “sorry’s” were sarcastic, mind you. Still, good character growth!
