7mlc im a really huge fan of your content and all. You shouldn't eat 4 eggs a day, your ldl cholesterol skyrockets and guess what high ldl cholesterol does to you? It clogs your arteries and becomes plaque which restricts blood flow. Cut down on the eggs, please. Just some friendly advice from a concerned friend.
And btw the plaque can cause heart disease and stroke
Thanks for the concern mate. I guess there is different research and conflicting theories on eggs and cholesterol, I've eaten them for years and my cholesterol levels have never been affected. Bare in mind I don't eat them everyday, and also, with the level of activity I do on a daily basis, my body is naturally fighting cholesterol all the time anyway. Cheers man.

how to train the brain to make good and fast desicions
I'll share some more tips soon mate.
Just take MSN for example. Look at their runs and passes. I recommend you watch AllAttack's "ThinkFast" series. What he basically does is that he takes some clips from random matches and pauses the video and you have to think where the player moves. It's all about experience. If you've watched football matches you could see what choices players make and what their choices lead to. It either creates a chance, or wastes a chance. Like I said, it's all about experience. The more you watch, the more you learn.
