I liked this episode. I am glad that Fern is realising that her attitude in the beginning is not paying off as she expected. That scene at the window with Whim was quite moving. I think the kids are quite good actors too.
That moment was a great turn for me as well and changed how I saw Fern. I'm so glad they added that little character moment. It changes her from being a girl boss to someone much more interesting.
It's the vibes of it. I liked this episode as well. Can't explain the actual word for it but the lost mystery adventure in space feels with the goonies crew with you vibes put together just makes you feel good watching this episode and show overall
At first, I didn’t feel impressed with this episode…except for the starship landing, which looked impressive. But when I saw E4 a second and third time, I really picked up on all of the subtle hints, clues, and story enhancements of this episode. It appears all 9 planets were created the same way, maybe by the same group(s). This episode should lead into E5 of this season series. Skeleton Crew is as much a mystery to solve as it is an adventure series.
What really? These characters are so generic they fit the old tropes. Each one is an archetype from older stuff. They are not very interesting or unique but the mystery and adventure is what makes it good not the bad acting kids 😂@@ronalddepesa6221

thanks sherlock - im surprised you had the strenght to see it 2 times.
Everyone is so concerned with the plot they are missing the beautiful character development. It's so weird. I'm gen x/Trilogy kid and to me SW is all about the relationships, not plot
The show isn’t groundbreaking or anything, but man the quality and visuals look so much better than Kenobi, Book of Boba, Ahsoka, Mando S3, etc. Hopefully they’ll continue that trend. It’s a fun little show. Treasure Planet meets The Goonies for a younger audience. After The Acolyte, this is at least refreshing and fun. A 7.8/10 for me.
The visuals and practical effects are amazing. Some of the best looking costumes, droids and puppets I've seen in starwars. And the show doesn't need to be groundbreaking. Not everything in starwars needs to be about a chosen one/universe saving jedi lol. Like you said, it's treasure planet meets goonies. Go into this show just to have some fun. And you're gonna really enjoy it like I am so far.
I don't really care about "groundbreaking" that much honestly, it's definitely great when it happens, but I don't think it should be essential to have for every single thing you make.
Man, the more I watch this show, the more I like it! This week's episode, with a focus on Neel and the girl Hayna was an unexpected joy to watch and seeing Mattieu Kassovtiz (The Bureau) - one of my most favourite French actors - as General Strix was a brilliant addition! This show continues be a really nice little cul de sac in the Star Wars universe and I'm happy to continue seeing how it evolves.
At first I thought they went through a time warp and that was their planet that was all destroyed. I thought they were going to find their own house and freak out and need a way back in time
I liked this, I found this episode really interesting bc of the planet being exactly the same but different than At Attin. I also liked the small surprise with the droid actually hiding the info and ends up attacking them. I thought the warrior part was kinda fun too.
Didn’t catch the watch party but I did come in for all the George interviews at the end. That was great, a great time. George just giving a beautiful master class. I too am a George purist 🙌🏼😁
They could have looked at the cordinates from the rest of the planets and see if there was a pattern with their positioning in the galaxy and where the missing spot is where At Attin should be.
all that time SM33 has been saying "Can't say I remember no At Attin" it was a double negative and he literally "cant say". I would have thought there would be ways around it though, by getting him to list previous locations he has travelled to or something like that. I guess in the next episode they are going to remove his hard drive or something as they cant risk turning him back on, now that he wants to rip them to pieces!
I like this show. Looking forward to it each week. This one seemed a bit slower but the characters are starting to care for each other and build relationships, I get it.
Pretty sure the whole time 33 is talking about the old captain he’s actually talking about that wolf captain. That’s why Jod is always listening with interest when 33 is talking about the happenings with his former captain. It’s meant to make it seem like he’s talking about Jod but he’s not. I’m sure most people picked up on this but for those who haven’t…. Also it’s a cool little Easter egg that the droids name is SM-33 like “Smee” which is also the name of Captain Hook’s first mate in Peter Pan
Think this show should of released all at once for Christmas with families I don’t get waiting a week for it. Love the show just can’t justify waiting so long to continue the story
This is easily explained: by spreading it out over 1-2 months, Disney secures at least 2 months worth of sub time from you. Welcome to the streaming business.
So, we now have Earth-like playground equipment in Star Wars, and even a Rubik's Cube? I guess the big reveal is going to be that At-Attin is simply Earth in a future time.
Dont sweat the hate man. Your the best starwars channel in the world. Your real in all the best ways. Keep doing what your doing for us fans. Cant wait for ep2 of the fanfilm.😊👍
I got a feeling that if this show really catches on…they’re gonna make a fortune off of Neel merchandise! 😂. You can’t help but like the kid and hope everything turns out good for him.
I didn’t get to join the watch party, but I timed it accordingly to me watching the episode. Needless to say this is definitely for kids. It seems OK and the scenery is nice but since it’s not necessarily intertwined with the Star Wars, we know I’m just not that into it, but I will finish it.✨
Okay this episode wasn’t that bad. It just threw me off cause it different as expected cause the writers said it would be. Episode 4 7/10but feel like Disney has their own galaxy lolllll

Does the ship not have logs? There are coordinates to how it got there right? Does Disney SW forget how tech works for a plot point of an entire show? I fly drones and even if there is a crash or flyaway there is still a log and GPS coordinates of the flight and Im just on dumb Earth!
This particular episode felt like it was written by a child. Very disorganized plot with spontaneous story beats that ultimately don't add up to much, but merely serve as filler to get the main cast from the ship to the Tower. The entire runtime the kids spent with the Clan was pointless because the kids trained for a battle that never happened.
