There is a big company in my town that helps me a lot. Very grateful for the mentorship.
I get at least two messages a week asking me how I get commercial work and grow my business… it kind of irritates me that someone wants me to hand them the “keys to the kingdom” when I’ve spent 100’s of thousands of dollars with trial and error to learn this.
Why you want someone else to go through all of that
If you’re new in this industry like myself. The best piece of advice I have for anybody is go to an expo. There is so much invaluable information to be learned and given to you.
I just returned today from the PWMCA expo that was in Florida, and it open my eyes to so many things I never thought of, and it answered so many of my questions.worth every penny

I understand completely and agree on your doing.
This being said, the more I look at your videos,the more i like the way you ( think and act)
Personally I would see you more as a CEO of an “ Out-large ” ( Inter state ) corporation than a ( self employed) business owner…

I don't mind someone have a sign near me. Maybe not directly beside it but 100 ft. Away it doesn't matter. I'm convedent in my work and pricing that competition doesn't bother me. Now removing my sign that's a different story.

Do you still use yard signs weekly or no?
Yes I agree I learned by putting in the hours if I didn’t no something I looked it up I learned my self some pole won’t it handed to the so if I sound harsh then I don’t care but frigg the last ppl go figure this shit out for your self get out of bed and get at it

I agree with your opinion on the competition. I help some guys at nearby towns but not locally but no locals have asked so it isn't a problem.
Business and feelings don't mix well. Maybe down the road you'll find someone that'll be cool with you.
I've been going around and doing yard signs and have had mfs take.them.out or just kicked them. Ive had calls of people faking and threatening me to stop putting them lol.
