Well from the looks of it someone had bought the house and then decided to add in that stone "patio" and the job was done as cheap as possible (or by themselves)
England doesn't have more rain than anywhere else. I have lived mostly in England and have lived in the tropics and trust me 6 months rainy season in the tropics is far worse than a few rainy months in England.

Great methodical approach to the project. Step by step with no shortcuts and using the right equipment. Purposely moving through your targets one by one is the only way to handle a project of that size. Like they say, there's only one way to eat an elephant and that's one bite at a time.......Nice work!
My husband (first time watching a pressure washing vid.) "Yeah it's not so fun to do but, to watch... Yeah wait go to the end where he washes it all off. Now that's satisfying." Lol. I love him. This is dirty talk.
Depending on the stone, with each power washing the surface can become more and more rough, by also washing out some stone material. So new dirt will stick even better. Some polish or sealing would do something good.
Thank you for sharing! What a lovely place. I did notice the edge at the bottom all around the house and was wondering why you didn't spray that off with the rest but beautiful job!
Gratifying to see the end result. One question though. You always start at the bottom & work your way up, should you not start at the highest point & work your way down?
Great job, but looks like the patio needs some additional drainage as itll be just as bad in six months with water retention on slabs. But great job for sure.
Hi Ricky, nice to see your video. As my Dad used to say “holy mackerel Andy”. I believe it’s from an old show from the sixties here in America. The Andy Griffith Show. I thought mackerel was appropriate with all that water. No reflection on you. You had a lot of detail in that cleaning. Fantastic job like always 👍🏻 . Take care, Joyce. 🇺🇸. ARROW *🎱. ❤️
Yeah your right, I should of brought my mud sucker to the job that would of sorted it out , but all done, just put a 25 nozzle on full power to move the water in the end
Thank you for including your drive to the house. The scenery was beautiful and those ducks..lol! great job on the patio too.
I loved the drive. Being an American it’s hard watching from the other side. The ducks … adorable.
Those ain't ducks. Those are geese. Silly. Ducks don't honk
@@graceamerican3558 Lord and Lady Duckling of the Manor! LOL
Yes thanks for letting us join in travel the county side is beautiful. As well as the job place, garden , and house
adore the ducks at the beginning, nice job cleaning too.. quite fun to see the pineapples before and after
It is rather strange that a country such as England with so much raining, are so bad at drainage.
Well from the looks of it someone had bought the house and then decided to add in that stone "patio" and the job was done as cheap as possible (or by themselves)
Which country Ur??
England's sewer systems and drainage are archaic at best.. hazards of being the first.
England doesn't have more rain than anywhere else. I have lived mostly in England and have lived in the tropics and trust me 6 months rainy season in the tropics is far worse than a few rainy months in England.
@@msg4141 Correct. Statistically London has the same amount of rain as Paris.
Love the drive with ducks allowing you to continue. What a fine clean!
Thanks 👍
It was so nice of Mr and Mrs Mallard to let you use THEIR driveway!
Extremely cool. I love seeing old stuff that's good get a new lease on life with a good old fashioned cleaning. Great work.
The bottom of the railing needs drains, or an opening, in each corner!
Or better yet attach a hydroelectric generator in the middle. They already built a dam, might as well get some power out of it 😂

Your channel is so very British. Lovely countryside.
Indeed it is, cheers for watching Peggy T
Good work as always.
Looks like the place could use some sort of drainage.
It's built-in swimming pool for the ducks.
Да должен быть дренаж и водоотвод, в виде трубок в бордюре.
I was gonna write that. Very poorly built
I have no idea why I watched this, or why I enjoyed it so much.
i love your work..its my favorite household chore...
Hey thanks for watching :)
Wow, what a spectacular transformation. You did an amazing job.
really brings out the green ring around the house
Wow that’s a big difference .
What a beautiful patio! They need some breaks along the fence to allow for drainage or some French drains. Simply beautiful!
Ricky Banjo, you are a smashing good fellow ! 😁
Thank you kindly
Love from NY. Beautiful trandformation!
Hey Lori , Big wave coming at ya from the south coast of england :)

Thank you for making these videos. These are some cool looking driveways and walkway proches.
Great job 👍🇬🇧
Looks like the ‘ drainage ‘ there is nil !
Nice place that would have kept you busy for a bit Ricky

The playlist os amazing !! Nice musics, thanks...
That balustrade really needed doing. Both sides made it really nice.
it was done both sides only filmed this side
Wow just wow.
Few things fill a person with both pride and humility as a good day's work. Good job, mate.
Respect. I wouldn't have risked putting a power hose anywhere near that balustrade.
You done a lovely job of cleaning that pato and the balustrading and the a
two columns but you got loads of repointing to do good luck 🤞👍
cheers, i dont have nothing to do with the repointing , they will get another company in to do that
So satisfying to watch. Good job

Outstanding work it must be really frustrating when water lodges it really makes the job so hard 👍👍👍
I should brought my mud pump to the job :)
Oddly satisfying to watch 👍

Hey cheers for watching Sophie
So I went from a Polish guy washing rugs to this guy washing patio bricks. It was a good day.
Ha ha thanks for watching 😀
wow! what a difference! it's weird that they used so many different colors of stone like that, though (not that this has anything to do with you)

Was going to comment on the poor drainage but a lot of people beat me to it 🤣
Love clean look. I was hoping you would do the black on the brick bottom of the building.
The black is a course of engineering bricks as a damp course
Impressed
What a difference. I hope the customer is pleased.
Nice job on the cleaning. I love the patio and the garden, but the house doesn't look like its in anything close to the same architectural style.
Bournemouth tourist board needs to pay you commission 😀👍
Great job, but looks like the patio needs some additional drainage as itll be just as bad in six months with water retention on slabs. But great job for sure.
