I did it as Engineer. The harpoons can make up for not having your primary attack sometimes. Pilot seems like a decent choice too
Pilot is definitely a good choice and probably going to be what I try first next time.
With Honor+Command in general a backup green item is the clover. Probably not over actual defense/attack options, but it is an extra source of more items that you know applies to everything.
I don't think it hurts too much if you don't have a better idea for the moment when you get a green.
Greens are unfortunately the most important, with the most power/defense ij that catagory. But the plan is to get clovers once the basics are all had
Yeah i had the same rude awakening when i spawned into a new run the next day just to find out that 999% thing i used was still on from the day before
Something to keep in mind, if you are on a rope (about twice your character height), the meteor wont hurt you, and it MURDERS some bosses. Great with crabs and whorls. Also, engi turrets drop the spite bombs as well, they dmg enenies and not you. Idk about bomb damage, but the amount of bombs is enemy dependent, not health. This one is probably my next goal, but ... Yeesh. Kin Greater wisp is the worst thing to exist. Finally, wouldnt gasoline be good for crowds? Not as important as movement, but still really useful.
I did this years ago on the OG Risk Of Rain so the strat would be slightly different but similar.
I used Engineer(other survivors can do it but i found him the easiest), if the first stage spawns with jellyfish its pretty cruisy you just need to kite them and launch the harpoons. Get the usual 1-shot protection items with Infusion being a must to get your HP up then get a few 56 leaf clovers to increase item drop chance and hopefully get a decent mob in the later levels (4-5 or loop) to farm enemies for items and more HP from infusion. Then you pretty much turn a difficult run into a god run and laugh at providence as he helplessly tries to kill you lol
If anyone is struggling with origin dont treat it like a really hard run treat it like a puzzle. Spoiler expand for solution

Reset run untill you have a small enemy type, they spawn more so you get items more from sacrifice.
Do not hit first teleporter.
First green cape > guardian heart
All white items into barbed wire. With glass any small monsters will immediately die.
All greens after first go into lucky clover
Go afk once you have enough barbed wire that your confident you cant get hit.
Also ropes prevent damage from spite
Thats definitely a method. However, its not very entertaining.
If you just want Origin though, its a way to do it.

So i may seem like a maniac for this character i did my all artifact run with (sniper) mainly cause with glass he technically 1 taps just about everything and with bavk up mags it can deal with the problem of if the game takes his primary away. Also infusion plus topaz also carried
If you do every try to actually unlock origin, I’d recommend you stack scarfs and umbrellas.
And, on your next RoRR I’d like to see you unlock the achievement drown 20 whorls. All you need is luck for sunken tombs and knockback to actually drown the whorls.
Its definitely on the list for unlock runs. Probably toss it in with something else.
Since you would already have to get lucky with one stage, you c oils throw in the 1 minute in lava challenge. One video for 2 incredibly cool but mediocre items.

Edit: my 2 favorite characters are acrid and sniper. I cant give them up to picking one over the other for first place

@@AreimaYT yeah the meme hits home this time Haha. I think when I do this I'm gonna put it as 250/10 for the damage you do vs enemy damage....I dont care that im a bitch for doing it that way

Btw, extremely random and unlikely to happen but it did happen to me I guess, if you ever are using the brooch in judgement trial, and get happiest mask, don’t grab it, it softlocks the providence fight
Do you know why it softlocked? What happened?
@@AreimaYT no sprites for umbra ghosts I'm guessing, that's why robomando soft locks if you have cape
Something to do with the spawn triggers. The ghosts confuse the game timers, I noticed a few rooms before providence cause I’d kill everything but it wouldn’t take me to the item stage till the ghosts went away too. On providence, I think the clones are meant to start spawning immediately once the one before it dies, but with the mask, you kill the bandit clone, his ghost appears, but that confuses the game cause it won’t spawn the Han-d clone since the bandit ghost is still there, but since it’s not actually the bandit clone it doesn’t continue once the ghost expires
And thus, having killed the bandit, you have killed your only companion, and are sentenced to eternally wander the confined arena alone for the rest of time
@@maximilianmoyer9423 huh. Thats kinda poetically ironic bug. Good to know though. Means when I do drifter if I get happiest I'll probably wait it out and let it fall off.
