Easy tip for more damage. Throw your e then place a turret before it hits. That way you get the beam right as they are stunned. Also you can just cancel ult by pressing r again. It will just put it on like a 2 second cool down.

One thing I do as hiemer support is when I push up for plates I always leave a turret by the river to counter a gank while using the others out of turret range to push back the wave and the adc and support.
So if a gank comes they Jungle will have to go through a turret or take care of it, while the lane members have to deal with the other two.
That either allows me to get out or help turn the damage numbers in our favor.
same, in general u almost always want to have all 3 turrets somewhere behind you just in case... especially since you get the cooldown back once you placed them all 3.
Speaking of "off meta" supports after watching your tier list about it, I would love see your Elise and or Jarvan. Since that video I started playing both of them as support whenever I feel like something "fresh" and they are surprisingly good and fun.

I love heimer. But played him support two times in my whole LOL-time and both times the ADC went completely mental after one or two minions got killed or denied by my towers. So I didnt play him again :/

That was a very satisfying match.
Their wave clear kept them in it for so long-
I've played the donger for a long time as a main. Mostly mid, but sometimes top or sup (play from bushes), though he'd be hard to top atm. Great for hooking champs if you are good with timing, since they hook the turs. Good champ for death bushing cause of ult w. Usually watch Rezone for his content, though nice to see others. One of the most underrated champs, people underestimate him in fights, and he's one of the fastest pushers. Quite flexible with runes and items, depends on the enemy team comp.
Soo many times I've been ganked mid by jg, early ign, ult turr, hourglass if needed, and pick up a double. Then they almost always meltdown in the chat and play awful for the rest of the game. XD. Then I roam if needed, using either ult grenade if I need more surprise, or missiles if I'm closer. Also recommend practicing walking past the enemies and placing ult turr behind them when they hug turr with low health. Traps them for easy kill. Also always keep a turr on hand just in case. If they kill them a lot place one at time, then mid w or e activation, place a second and they will both proc. Though if not spread them a but and you are ungankable.

I actually already knew that heimerdinger fact, I started doing Ctrl 5 on all the champs to see what happens
personally i go rylais first, usually laning phase isnt done by theb and i become unstoppable and force, they can never walk up and we take out their turrets first.
Hey Ioki, I really like your Ashe support with the Hail of Blades rune build. I was curious to see if you would try this:
Immortal Shieldbow OR Kraken Slayer (depending on the enemy team and if you need to step as a second ADC late game instead of an AD caster)
Essence Reaver (Ability Haste + critical strike chance + mane regen with autos, a must that will help with...)
Navori Quickblade (Ability Haste + critical strike chance)
The last item (with boots and support included) is up to you, but consider that Navori's Quickblade also has a now a passive that scale with critical strike chance that also scales with Ashe auto passive (more damage and better slows). Suggestions: Lord Dominik's regards vs s13 health machines, Mercurial scimitar vs high mobility champs with CC, Phantom Dancer if you need to fill up the ADC role, again LOL but it's up to you and your long time experience in the game.

Heimer supp is truly an S+ champ. I've started maining him and i get back to back Ss. Good at peeling, protecting adc, all ining, amazing mid game damage and carry, perfect pkye counter and a strong gank + dive stopper. Heimer is perfection as supp, i fully recommend.

Just played him support for the first support ever since his rework years ago. Went 11/3/17 with over 50k damage. My GOD I have never dominated a lane or game l8ke that in any role on any other champ.
rushing rylai's crystal scepter is much more fun imo. i usually do better when i rush it aswell

I don't know if it's a "counter" but playing Syndra supp and tossing the turrets to the alcove whenever Heim places them is pretty funny 🤣
I have trouble vs Karma since she blocks your poke with her shields and can do half your health with a mantra Q, but Heim can block her Q with turrets if he is quick enough. Kind of a skill matchup
Tip. Say Dong on your chin after every kill to tilt enemy.
I used to be Leona main for the past years but boy Heimer support is ABSOLUTELY and annoyingly OP. I personally had 100% Win Rate with only 5 games in SOLO DUO since SEA servers migrated to Riot for the 1st time. Apart from the use of his passive, I'll keep in mind about the techniques of using ULT 😉👍

heimer is fun because as a support i can out dmg the whole lobby, fun champ, bullies gankers and lane in general and gets people so tilted they type in chat. Funny thing too, I used heimer support months before World's

Heimer mid is where its at. Biggest lane bully, especially with it being the smallest lane. Max Q first and let the turrets do the work.
Heimerdinger is the absolute least fun champ to lane against. He's also the most fun champ to lane as, no matter where you play him.

The only mistake you make allot is by not having always 3 turrets on the ground, the moment you put them all down you automatically get their cooldown back and it's really good to have them as a safe haven somewhere where u can always run to if they push.

This is so good. And heimerdinger seems like an easy champ. Throw turrets and run around throwin damage and stun.

Take Q first and let turret tank leash for your jungle. Makes a huge difference.

I love heimer support but lots of ADC complaint about the turrets. The last time I play him I got "Please stop putting your turrets down, your making it hard to CS".
Yes. Let me just not do what this champ does for your bad ability to CS.
Lets not not consider I lut then down to prevent the enemy from pushing you or harrassing you, or that fact I put them in the bush and you keep pulling the wave into bush. Oh and the fact they got us kills and plates.
