You realize that some E-bikes are better built for rear passenger weight better than others, and generally speaking going over 80 LBS on any E-bike unless it's 100% carbon steel frame ,

I love the bike but I just realized though watching the video that I got shipped a rear fender when I needed a front fender. How can I get that shipped to my house. Who do I speak to about this?

Hello im very interested in this bike but i was wondering does the key have to stay in the lock to turn on the bike and use it?

The key is to lock the battery and can be pulled out

I feel like I’m missing a step. The battery is locked in place, and the unlock button on the fob is supposed to turn on the bike?? It’s not working and nowhere has any other instructions between the key and unlocking it. 😣

I think you need to press the unlock button & the anti-theft button on the keyfob. If it still doesn’t work, refer to the message above me.
