Orlando Apartment Complex Shooting Lawsuit - $8.6 Million Settlement - Michael Haggard - Adam Finkel

The Haggard Law Firm held news conference in Central Florida with the family of Phillip McCrimmon Martin who was shot and killed at a local apartment complex.
The case settled for $8.6 Million.
Joined by our Michael Haggard and Adam Finkel, the family called for apartment complexes to focus on who is staying on their property. The convicted killer in this case was not a tenant but had stayed there for an extended period of time.
