if you skip the step at 7:11 you wont have to blind stitch it all at the end. i personally dont really like handstitching. i love the tutorials you make!!!

Tout d'abord MERCI pour tout ce que tu apportes à ceux qui ne savait pas coudre. J'ai 56 ans et j'ai eu envie de m'acheter une machine à coudre. Je ne savais même pas enfiler une aiguille et je détestais la couture. Je couds depuis 2 mois et grâce à toi, j'arrive à réaliser des merveilles. Mon dernier chef-d'œuvre, c'est ce sac que je viens de terminer et je suis super fière de moi. J'ai bien galérée mais il est superbe. Par contre, quand tu couds la doublure tu devrais écrire si c'est sur l'endroit ou l'envers car moi je prends un tissu imprimé et je ne peux savoir en te regardant car toi c'est de la doublure unie. Ca m'éviterait de stresser ou de découdre… Et 2e petite chose. Ce serait bien aussi de dire si tu change de pied-de-biche par exemple pour coudre la fermeture. Tu sais je fais pas à pas tout ce que je vois dans la vidéo alors plus c'est précis mieux je réussi. MERCI ENCORE MILLE FOIS !!!! Tu es la meilleure et tu nous fais faire de belles réalisations et toujours très calmement. Je suis admirative vraiment. Mon seul regret et de ne pas pouvoir trouver en France les mêmes tissu que toi (comme par exemple sac polochon avec chutes de tissu que je vais faire cette semaine). Tu devrais vendre les tissus, tu ferais un commerce, c'est sûr à la suite de tes vidéos.

Beautiful bag. I wish you would show us how to finish your bags without using a blind stitch. Not all of are adept at hand sewing. Thank you. Also, thank you for including the inches in the measurements.
I hoped too that it would not end with a blind stitch as I‘m really bad at hand sewing. 😅 But it definitly looks better and there are great videos on YT explaining how to do the blind stitch. I also still have to practise, but the first attempts looked better than expected. 😄 You can do it! 👍

I love this pattern/tutorial. I've made one for my nephew and now I plan to make several more. When you sewed the lining to the inside I was happy the bag wouldn't have baggy lining. I didn't sew the sides and found out later that it's also important to sew side seam to seam so the top of lining doesn't bag down into the space. The only part I wasn't happy about was the slip pocket. I made a different style because the pocket was just too baggy and I didn't realize until I had finished the bag. Instead of unpicking the lining and going back in, I just added some hand stitching in stragic places to keep it from bagging too much. Otherwise, a fantastic size. The handles were too long for my young nephew but I also added d-rings at the ends of the top zipper and added an adjustable strap for him. Instead of outsize zip pockets on the outer sides I just made slip pockets with magnetic snap. And on the inside lining sides I added zipper pockets so they are more secure. I'm not sure if he'll use any of the pockets but it's fun to make them just in case. Thanks for sharing this!

I love this channel and the lovely projects. I just finished this one, made on nylon and cotton. The rounded parts, are always the hardest part.
I love this pattern. I like the hidden seems on the inside. I made this as a Christmas gift. The hardest part was sewing the lining in. I am thinking about making more. :)
