My tips for tourists/foreigners who's gonna visit the Philippines (specifically manila): 1. It is normal here in the Philippines when something weird or a strange event occurs. Sometimes we get distracted from those & sometimes we ignore those since we filipinos are always busy at outdoors. 2. When you're about to visit the Philippines for the first time, please contact a filipino friend or any friend that you know that is comfortable in the Philippines or a friend that lived for a while in the Philippines. I'm giving you this tip since when some filipino taxi drivers/sellers get their eye on a foreigner, they cheat the price of their product or the meter. 3. If you just exchanged the currency of your money & it's a huge amount or a lump of cash, please head home & hide it OR if you want, you can go to a bank then apply for a bank account there 4. Don't trust anyone immediately! 5. Bargain the seller, if you think the price of what they're selling is too expensive. Or better yet, just leave them lol. 6. Bring a map or google map with you. 7. I can't of an another tip, so just enjoy the moment. Most of the time filipinos are nice, kind & ready to treat anybody who is in needs. So enjoy. bye -vin

Thank you for sharing your experience with us!!! I wish you had fun~ Here are my comments on your tour: 1. The woman who seems to be screaming in front of the riders may have a psychological problem and it's never to worry about unless they do something aggressively against you. In some instances, we do report it to the government agency who can assist these people if in case they have no family. 2. Feel a bit sad about the price they said about the charger, that's a bit off. We also encounter that sometimes, you're very smart of searching for other stores. I wish other foreigners would also be like you who's alert in cases like that. 3. I also commend you for being cautious when it comes to walking or speaking with people. 4. I also commend you for being very understanding. I appreciate you being very interested in some of the things we offer like food and places you to visit. 5. I feel very thankful to the taxi driver who had assisted you toward the condominium. Kind people do exist here in the Philippines and we are all very grateful for that. I wish you had a buddy with you so next time you can visit more and make conversations with people easier. Again, thank you for sharing, and have a nice day!

the guy who was selling you a charger for 400 pesos was just too much. im glad that you were aware of the situation 😭 its such a common situation for foreigners for that to happen. not just the philippines, but any country in that matter
Hi Mr. Seungha Welcome to our beautiful country ☺️ I hope you enjoy here in the Philippines ☺️ always keep safe to your travel ☺️ hopefully you can visit here at San Andres, Quezon Province, there's a lot of beautiful places here. Once again, welcome to the Philippines ☺️
400 pesos for a charger here is too much, maybe in S. Korea that would be cheap since I bought one that I'm using now for 15,000 won (it has 2 ports) back when I visited the country last 2019. Hope you enjoy your stay here, though I think going you chose the hard part by going alone. I understand you being too suspicious of everything tho. Also, it would be much better if you have contacts with other Koreans here in the Philippines that way they can give you tips. Maybe also check the videos of Korean vloggers currently staying here in the country, I'm sure you'll get some ideas from their videos. Things are going to change and places are going to be crowded seeing that the restrictions are getting lifted. Anways, Welcome to the Philippines.
It’s safer for foreigners to buy their stuff in the mall. Remember, majority of the people are honest but for some Uneducated ones, they’ll still see you as opportunity. Be safe.
@@PinoyAbnoy well, i’d say there are more educated corrupt. Because you can only be successful in being corrupt if you’re smart otherwise people will easily find out you’re corrupt. Hehe
Be careful when going outside at night. I know it's not 100% safe in South Korea but Philippines is definitely more dangerous than your country haha hope to enjoy your stay here!! Meet new friends! Filipinos are hospitable
Welcome to the Philippines! 😊 Hopefully you come and visit Cebu next time , there are a lot of Koreans and beautiful places to relax and have fun specially in Mactan.
Just a little tip. Please avoid engaging in any discussion about Philippine politics. The candidates running now got quite loyal following/supporters and they could get too opinionated abt their candidates (All parties). You might be misunderstood or put into uncomfortable situation/discussions if you were to talk abt them specially if you know little info abt them. Anyway, stay safe, enjoy and welcome.
Agree. You might be overwhelmed because these things are new to you but avoid engaging in any discussion about Philippine politics. Always take care of your belongings when you are outside. Have fun!
Wow you already arrived here in the Philippines 😄♥️ Becareful there in Manila and Enjoy hope you also visit other provinces and cities here I suggest Baguio haha..Charger can't be that expensive btw most of vendors here making their price higher if they see tourist even us that's not from Manila be aware😅 your video do fun and so calm ♥️ I'm also supporting BBM for president Hahahah his dad is the most richest person during 40s
Bruh I support BBM, I'm sorry if I will offend you or some people who supports Marcos but why mention him about being a rich person 😅 you can just promote BBM like "Vote for BBM" . I think he's here as a tourist and I also think he can't vote for any presidential candidates.
Lol, his father being one the richest man in the 50's is a hoax. You now claim this huh, because tallano gold didn't work. If you look it up, his father's saln is just 11 million before he run as a president, this is computed with the inflation rate ah. The first billionaire in our country is a Filipino Chinese, maybe the greatest thief of a government according to Guinness book world of records.
My tip to you if you ever go out without any companion that you know very well please be careful of your things, be aware of your surroundings, and don't let talk to strangers that keep following you suspiciously. Enjoy your stay in the Philippines, ohh you're in the manila? You can visit the malls if you want^^.
Yup, welcome to the Philippines Seungha! New subscriber here. Keep safe, healthy and God bless!☺️ Hopefully next time try some tagalog words 😁✌️ there are a lot of Korean vloggers here too like Sandara Park, Ryan Bang, Jinho Bae, Jessica Lee, Dausuri Choi and many more❤️ 🇰🇷🇵🇭

I felt bad about some filipino vendors suspected trying to cheat foreigners. But we have to admit it is a real thing commonly happen in the country. I also like this man being aware of how to handle the things going on in the Philippines.
Welcome to the Philippines sir. Stay safe...and enjoy every moment your stay. Dont be afraid there's a lot of hospitable Filipino here..just ask if you are not familiar with the place.
Don't worry about thieves these days. The Phils. isn't the same like 12-20 years ago where drug addicts, kidnappers, prostitutes and thieves were roaming around Manila and suburbs. It is 85% safer than non at all safe before. Just a simple advice to not bring all the money with you. Keep it in your safe vault in your apt. condo. Don't ride a tricycle asking you more than 100 pesos. 50 pesos if it's very near. You only have to be aware of tricycle drivers who asked triple and taxi drivers that demands certain amoint of money and don't use meter. The rest is ok. Filipinos aren't that bad besides there are still many who are honest and respectful. I know how it is in Korea where Koreans are suspicious when they have been approached. I lived in SoKor for many years and I can tell how scared you are when it is your first time in a different country. Just chill ☺ there are many Koreans studying and living in the Phils. for more than 20 years and they loved it being around the country. Sandara Park is one amongst them.Cha Eun Woo used to study and lived in the Phils.☺ When ppl smiles and said hi, it is sincere and natural. When they speak to you, speak back like you are a local and everything will be ok. Regarding buying on the sidewalks, they normally asked triple the price even for us locals so for a charger w/ adapter it is only 175-200 pesos. I advice you to buy stuffs in the mall. If you are a first timer ask around. If you are suspicious about other nationalities, ask Koreans you meet on or filipinos working in the mall or youngsters around of anything you need to know and they will gladly help you out. Market is another thing that you should be a smarty pants off otherwise your 1000 dollars will be spend for just a couple of weeks. Phils. is cheaper compared to Korea, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia so kindly be aware of those I mentioned above so you won't have a unpleasant experience in the Phils. Btw, your reactions was funny that I couldn't helped but laugh. I didn't realized that being suspicious has a funny side😀

the guy who was selling you a charger for 400 pesos was just too much. im glad that you were aware of the situation 😭 its such a common situation for foreigners for that to happen. not just the philippines, but any country in that matter
It’s not really overpriced , if you buy in the malls on the average they selling 300-350 , depending in the brand . Apple brand would be ₱1800-2500
Hello sir I like your vlog I'm a Filipino.watching from Cebu Philippines
Welcome to our country! Hope you are enjoying... Enjoy the summer season! 👌😇
I just subscribe now, looking forward for your Philippine journey.
한국에 있었을때 충전기 만원(400 페소) 사봤는데 가격 또같지만 필리핀 여기서 나도 그게 비싸 생각해 ㅋㅋㅋ
Your amazing your here staying for vacation alone WOW.
It’s safer for foreigners to buy their stuff in the mall. Remember, majority of the people are honest but for some Uneducated ones, they’ll still see you as opportunity. Be safe.
are there more corrupt "uneducated" than corrupt "educated" ?
@@PinoyAbnoy well, i’d say there are more educated corrupt. Because you can only be successful in being corrupt if you’re smart otherwise people will easily find out you’re corrupt. Hehe
Hellow my friend Welcome to the Philippines, I'm native from Cebu city. I'm watching you
Be careful when going outside at night. I know it's not 100% safe in South Korea but Philippines is definitely more dangerous than your country haha hope to enjoy your stay here!! Meet new friends! Filipinos are hospitable
True lods 😊
South Koreans ano yan sila very responsible and disciplined kaya daming mga pinoy na gusto yung culture at traditions nila

What does it mean?
Welcome to the Philippines! 😊
Hopefully you come and visit Cebu next time , there are a lot of Koreans and beautiful places to relax and have fun specially in Mactan.
Have fun!
Hello am from the Philippines supporting your channel ......
Wow you already arrived here in the Philippines 😄♥️ Becareful there in Manila and Enjoy hope you also visit other provinces and cities here I suggest Baguio haha..Charger can't be that expensive btw most of vendors here making their price higher if they see tourist even us that's not from Manila be aware😅 your video do fun and so calm ♥️ I'm also supporting BBM for president Hahahah his dad is the most richest person during 40s
thank u for information and watching my video!
okay I will be aware of that and thinking about visiting Baguio also soon!
Bruh I support BBM, I'm sorry if I will offend you or some people who supports Marcos but why mention him about being a rich person 😅 you can just promote BBM like "Vote for BBM" . I think he's here as a tourist and I also think he can't vote for any presidential candidates.
You're supporting the son of a dictator..the greatest thief in history as per THE TIME AND FORBES. Lol i better shut my mouth tbh ☺️
Ur funny aftp
Enjoy your stay to my beloved Country. Keep safe 🙏🙂
My tip to you if you ever go out without any companion that you know very well please be careful of your things, be aware of your surroundings, and don't let talk to strangers that keep following you suspiciously. Enjoy your stay in the Philippines, ohh you're in the manila? You can visit the malls if you want^^.

8:36 was the same car and driver I booked to NAIA coming from Fairview.
I feel pitty to this guy traveling alone.. i hope the people he encountered didn't scam him.. he seem so clueless
Take care always. Lots of appreciation from Philippines 🇵🇭
Super cute nia thankyou coming in the philipines ❤️❤️
