Armstrong taught him that everyone is just fighting for power, for control, everyone is just fighting and hurting just to be on the top.
He hasn't quite adopted it. He fights by his own set of rules, knowing that in the end men will continue to fight and die for causes they Don't belive in or understand. Lol, same, that 75% health damage a hit is brutal. I was also using an unupgraded sword as part of the challenge and surviving long enough to get to the health packs on its own took around 10 minutes... and to die after was just heartbreaking. On my revengeance run now so we'll see how it holds up.

Jetstream Sam had a severely outdated exosuit and small amounts of outdated cybernetic enhancements. Raiden Was effectively wielding the highest grade top of the line Cybernetics that aren't even available to the military. Jetstream Sam preferred skill to power. But if he were as enhanced as Raiden canonically he would have destroyed Raiden mid-low dif. Then again if he were that advanced... He wouldn't be your enemy. You should really play the DLC.
Like they don't figure out that hitting the red glowing shields, which Doktor repeatedly calls "explosive armor", is what causes them to blow up every time they go into blade mode.

as sad as it is it's true that a war can and does make it possible for country's like the US to get out of a recession and get back on stable ground. I have seen it since the Vietnam war it pumps out millions of jobs and helps the markets to get the economy going strong . yes it's wrong unless your on the end defending and it's to protect your country but that seldom stops the arms manufactures form pushing to start a conflict.
Wars used to work like that because of factors like the whole nation being involved in the effort, like the US and Britain in WWII, and lower quality of life/income/inflation. Nowadays, it's not feasible to get your economy out of a recession through war just by enriching arms manufacturers and private contractors. Unless they're somehow investing in the economy with all that extra money, like giving out loans to small business owners or creating scholarships, I'm 99% certain that they'll just hoard their newly earned money.
