At 5 ft 3 inches tall (with boots) this guy compensates for nothing! Branch Warren is my favorite natural bodybuilder and he has the best form I have ever seen!!!!
Wow seeing Branch work out makes me want to lift weights. I understand that rubber protects the floor when dropping free weights, but I always thought that letting machine weights slam down would crack them. The guy wearing the black T-shirt looks like a young Chris Evans who was popular back in the 1980's. Branch Warren is magnificent !
Text of the video: "Grunt, yeah, grunt, brain-dead talk, yep, uh, yep, light weight!" (Posing for the cameras .... walking around like a Dianabol Neanderthal. "Argh, yep, (insert needle here), yep, let's go, grunt, snort, blah, blah, blah, yada, yada, yada" Rinse, repeat, look utterly stupid in the process.
Shows what you know. Doing weight like this, with his form, will still stimulate growth compared to a significantly lower weight with perfect form. Plus consider the number of reps he is doing. PLENTY of work is being done to the muscle.
bad form + no steroids= no result bad form+ tons of steroids= result ...so good deal... people who are getting inspired by branch.. good.. u should b inspired with his intensity, hard work, ability to achieved what he has without better genetics... but please if u r not a top level athlete dont copy his form.. you will hurt yourself... cheers..
he's be so much bigger if he made mind muscle connection with his training rather than just trying to rush through ever set. His form isn't bad he doesn't use soo much momentum but he just rush's every set
What are you talking about? I did more than 100lb hammercurls natural with strict form. At that point I had been training for 7 FULL years in the gym. Hardwork doesn´t come unrewarded. Ofcourse these guys are using gear, what did you expect??? That is what It takes to be the best in BB and to have a chance to win at the olympia. Some guys man...
juss cuz it looks sloppy doesn't mean his muscles aren't doing the work. you have to some momentum when your lifting that heavy otherwise you wont be able to lift it. lifting quick stimulates fast twitch fibers which cause muscle growth theres a difference between a pro using momentum and a amateur. roids or not he built his body lifting that way
i can curl 45lb dumbbells close to 50 haha. but the point is why do an excessive heavy weight if you arent going to do the form good and get a good FULL contraction on the muscle?
as you watch this video, you see why his right bicep is smaller than the left...he injured it training this way. Also one of his thighs are smaller because of his careless training, and has a bad hip. Plus his elbows are about shot, thus the elbow sleeves trying to keep them warm, plus keep the icy hot from getting on everything. Also steroids has helped with all his injuries. Plus, what was he doing on the bench???
It is real funny reading this comments, everyone is suddenly an expert, there are many styles of training and every body type is different. Yeah Phil Heath trains different, but genetically he also different, plus this is their job of course they are going to use steroids. Stop hating on Branch he is a beast, steroids or not. He gets paid to do this and while all you haters talk shit he is living the dream, getting paid to do what he loves.
I come to love, admire and respect everything that goes into bodybuilding. But nonetheless, I still find it so goofy the way these guys stand there and just go "c'mon Branch" and shit like that while he's pumping like 100lb weights in his hands. It's just so weird and funny. They act like every rep is the last one and they have to "c'mon" him through it. I love it.
Im not going to tell him how to lift cause obviously it works for him and he's an Olympian competitor but DAMN man he gets injured every year and uses more wraps and braces than anyone in the ifbb
Yeah I mean it's hard to knock one of the top pro bodybuilders out there, but I see where you're coming from. I guess his style works for him but I also get the feeling he could have more size if he didnt try to do shit so damn fast.
Genetically Phil Heath is different, yeah he has good form and all but that is what works for him. A perfect example Ronnie Coleman another beast he trained heavy and he was Mr. O like 8 times. Like Ronnie use to say "Every body wants to get big, but don't nobody want to lift this heavy ass weights."
All puppies comment about how he trains , the man is a machine of muscle !! This is performance .
Yeah they complain about his form but they bench 225 and think it's impressive
At 5 ft 3 inches tall (with boots) this guy compensates for nothing! Branch Warren is my favorite natural bodybuilder and he has the best form I have ever seen!!!!
Gotta love Branch Warren's intensity. Never fails.
I love when devil without cause comes on 0:39. Thats a great workout soundtrack.
This guy is so inspirational for gym rat like me. Before I have arms day at the gym I always watch this video. Same with back, shoulders, etc..
I love this guy's focus man. He's a goddamn beast!
I think it's because the way they train adapts to their body and also they do lots of training with good forms too.
very impressive branch gj bro. its nice to see someone traning so hard. he really have the will in him. just love watching it.
Wow seeing Branch work out makes me want to lift weights. Oh ok, im just trying to learn abouth bodybuilding as much as possible, thank you for explaining it to me, thanks.
kid rock playing in the background in every branch warren workout video! yeeeeaah!
Great work B.That's how THE1POSTMAN trains to this day.
Cant argue with his arms though.. looks like something gets stimulated enough to grow.
dayuum hes form is so perfect
This was a great front delt workout
Thank you Kay greene, lets go make a show on how to help ammature body builders out.
this is the only guy whose workout one can see all day
he won the arnold 2 years in a row hes a beast different trainning methods work for different people it must work for him
He's getting all kindzz of snap-action
Anderson Silva just got knocked out j/k, I agree with you. That's like telling an ASE cert tech how to change a tire
Full range of motion... just how it's supposed to be done.
Shit makes me want to go back to the gym. Branch is a beast!!!!
"Branch Warren king of form"
Everyone who complain about the way he lifts the weights; I'm waiting to see you on the stage of mister olympia.
cause it`s working for him
im jealous of this gym
I think he knows what hes doing. How do you look and waht do you lift?
Pure intensity
AWSOME, you are may inspiration men...
We're all different.. As long as you get that burn in your bicep, you can do whatev the fuck u want.. its all about u
Text of the video: "Grunt, yeah, grunt, brain-dead talk, yep, uh, yep, light weight!"

Bodybuilding way of life:-)
hahaha idiot you will never look like that
This is why u never grow ! Brilliant form isn’t always stimulating muscles in the way like this ! Contraction !
Shows what you know. Doing weight like this, with his form, will still stimulate growth compared to a significantly lower weight with perfect form. Plus consider the number of reps he is doing. PLENTY of work is being done to the muscle.
wow thanks Mr President!
bad form + no steroids= no result
bad form+ tons of steroids= result
...so good deal...
people who are getting inspired by branch.. good.. u should b inspired with his intensity, hard work, ability to achieved what he has without better genetics...

great video
Thats like telling a surgeon he's not doing his work right.
he's be so much bigger if he made mind muscle connection with his training rather than just trying to rush through ever set. His form isn't bad he doesn't use soo much momentum but he just rush's every set
has branch warren ever done a training video with dorian yates?
omg his spotters look very good :O
I think you'll change your mindset about form when you tear a bicep.
96 yups!!! Lightweight yup, c'mon Branch yup, Warren yup, push it out yup, here we go yup, Warren yup!!
wasnt doing bench. its a mix between close grip bench and skull crusher.
The hit at the top of each rep is what he is aiming for. Stick some days, lose others. It works, if you try it. But, beginners need not apply.
my back hurts watching the first few minutes, swing momentum city
I want to see you try and use perfect form with that much weight.
branch uses alot of momentum
well, his form does suck, but it works for him so yea you are right.
lol epic comment mr. owimpia. considering hes hammer curling 100s half way through his workout his forms pretty fukn strict.
hey Branch how is it working out where 8 x M. O. works out?
CMON WARREN LETS GET NASTEH, FOR THE MASS, CMON WARREN DOMINATE THE WEIGHT. BUSINESS AS USUAL YES
if you are on the juice it doesnt really really matter if your form is good or bad. there it is a prime example lol.
Бранч лютый спорцмен. 👍
man justin bieber is calling you Go please dont miss that call

I dare him to come to my gym and do this shit once he drops a dumbbell he's out if he says no then I'll make him
i wonder how many ronnie colemans , branch warrens and numerous atheletes who compete at elite level your shitty gym has produced.
hahahahaha! His form is crazy lmao.... But hey whatever works for him, his a BEAST!!!!
my workout is the same as this...not waight wise though haha.
Form only matters if you want to become as big as possible and no injuries. if you want to have a dick ton of power you sacrifice form for weight.
if you're trying to build SIZE explosive method is not the way to go. For strength, DO IT UP!
i can curl 45lb dumbbells close to 50 haha. but the point is why do an excessive heavy weight if you arent going to do the form good and get a good FULL contraction on the muscle?

Great Shoulder workout but you don´t have to bring your arms so near to your body
that´s true, but sorry to say, his form is suffering a bit since the first rep of the first set...
Branch is the fucking motivation of 'Go Hard' if you don't like him 'Go Home'
so was it arm day or back? cant tell the diff

Probably a trainer or nutrition expert.
insane
NICE

GOD FORM..
gr8 arms
Punctuation can be your friend.
LOL at the gym music 0:18 !!!
I agree.
what do you have against skateboarding?
I agree with wrong form thing
he slipped getting in his car, he fell down the stairs.....sure you did
true that
Do you guys really believe he's on steroids because I don't ;)
Ik he's obviously not on steriods at all
With that form... all I can say is tha power of steroids
Im not going to tell him how to lift cause obviously it works for him and he's an Olympian competitor but DAMN man he gets injured every year and uses more wraps and braces than anyone in the ifbb
hes training is like dancing xd
elbow protect.
i wished my gym is a little like THAT but NOOOOO -.-
Yeah I mean it's hard to knock one of the top pro bodybuilders out there, but I see where you're coming from. I guess his style works for him but I also get the feeling he could have more size if he didnt try to do shit so damn fast.
yes
They are motivating him. You must be new to bodybuilding at Metroflex.
Anyone knows any of the tracks in this video??
I don't see you doing anything better than him.
you were saying....
His genetics being 'terrible' only makes his accomplishments thus far that much greater.
big man
He is actually doing jm-press..
bad form = amazing results!
Wtf were those push downs reps
He is JM pressing more than i can squat
Genetically Phil Heath is different, yeah he has good form and all but that is what works for him. A perfect example Ronnie Coleman another beast he trained heavy and he was Mr. O like 8 times.
