Fever is clever. The hallucinations of the lad's maniacal, dissociated self that consumed all of the remaining loaf of sourdough bread is scary; he won't die of hunger, but by the blade of a kitchen knife wielded by his blood-thirsty, dissociated self. The lad's graphic tee shirt with the image of the Waning Crescent Moon is a reminder that the next phase, the New Moon, is totally dark, so there will be more darkness before the Waxing Crescent Moon appears. The music selection set an ominous mood. Well done. :-)

If "Fever" is intended as a reference to the covid times, I get it. Otherwise, it's good creepiness. The loaf of bread introduced at 1:32 changed at 1:49 and again at 1:56. Notably, at 1:49, the bread resembled something with a huge tongue whereas the other two may have been the same loaf with the end resembling a face.
