Cutting thin steel requires lots of teeth on the saw blade. Never use a grinder or an abrasive type of saw. Failure to do this may damage the protective finish applied to the siding and void the warranty. Always make sure to wear protective safety glasses and gloves when cutting/handling steel siding. Follow safety instructions that accompany your tools/blades and wear the suggested protective gear." Can this be installed vertically on a wall with no eave above it?
It can be installed vertically, but we recommend an eave above due to the design.
It will leak. The overlap is not enough. Strong wind will blow rain behind the overlap. Also notice no mention of high pricing.
