Inka chala examples unnai chepadaniki with low cost villas gated communities. Eroju avi 10 times appreciate ainavi within 10 years.

      Realestate investments are better than equity.
      Do 20% equity investments.

    Mutual funds 12% above. Don't consider 15%.
    Home loan mida tax redemption undi.
    But land mida no tax redemptions.
    Better to invest in nifty50 or some other index fund than land.
    I agree equity is amazing. In last 3 years I accumulated 25L from direct stocks, equity, NPS.
    But we do all this for buying things. Biggest of them a house.

      Why we can't consider above 15 percent? I am doing SIP in multicap fund and flexi cap funds from 13 years.. my returns are more than 17 and 18 percent.

    No one will do the SIP for 20 year's. Even if we do SIP After 3 to 4 years that money will use for other purposes. That movement no money available and no house available

      Who told you that? I am doing SIP from 13 years..will not stop it for another decade. Discipline is necessary.

      @@dvspavankumar1993 increase from time to time. started with 4k per month. Then increased to 8 k per month and now further increased to 16k. In between I have done top up as well.

    Real estate will give better returns than equity market.
    In equity market 90% are losers.
    Realestate is god.
    Equity is evil.

      That is your perception. I do invest in both Equity MFs and Real estate. Both are giving almost equal returns.
      Equity is more convenient and flexible. If you have a big amount in hand then real estate is ok.
