The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai is great, really weird but great. I was introduced to this movie by my dad. It's definitely an acquired taste not for everyone but I love it.
5:35 Yeah.. I really like this movie too. And is quite nostalgic for me. I was a teenager when I first saw it and it was quite spooky for me. But this is a movie that made me think that I can like (horror) vampires movies 😁
I was happy when you had Untamed Heart. It is one of my favorites, and I have it on DVD. Now, I want to look for the blu-ray version to buy. Thanks Sue!
I really enjoyed Firestarter and Motel Hell and I’m definitely a Mac and Me person. I’ve seen it numerous times and enjoy it so much, whereas I’ve only seen E.T. once many years ago and have had no desire to revisit it until recently. I wanna see if I like it any more after all these years!
Originally Denise Richards' character was named Tanny in the unrated version of the film, so VS ran with that and created a Tanny and the T-rex comic-style variant slipcover for one of their sales. As to Fun City Editions, until the release of Party Girl, when they jumped ship and moved over to MVD, they were a Partner Label of Vinegar Syndrome (like how Kino handles releases for Cohen Media). The version of Married To The Mob you have was also a Fun City Editions release. Also, Last American Virgin is an Americanized remake of the Director's Israeli original, Lemon Popsicle. There are 8 films in that series. Great selections in your collection.
There is no E.T. or Mac and Me debate. Lol There's a reason Paul Rudd used Mac and me clips for his running joke on Conan O'Briens talk shows. Its worth a watch for the comedy of how bad it is though.
For your Bette Davis Month, don’t forget ‘Burnt Offerings’ (from KinoLorber). Bette has a supporting role in it. ‘Pocketful of Miracles’ is a good film as is ‘Whales of August’ (what many of us want to consider as Bette’s last film).
I've never heard of or seen Whales of August but since you mentioned Burnt and Pocket full of Miracles 2 of my favorites I'll give it a shot it's on tubi also has Vincent Price and Harry Carry Jr
I have no room to talk when it comes to owning amazing titles that I've yet to watch but I was honestly shocked when you mentioned never having seen Donnie Darko. Find some time for that cult classic.
2:13 I am actually gIad they gave up on Mia for some other EvD movie. She been trough enough. I prefer her (that character) as a survivor and her moving on with her Iife 😁 (instead of being dragged back in that eviI cr@p) 😅
It's O.K. to be selective with Vinegar Syndrome but they have so many great(and expensive) boxed sets with good horror movies. But you have to know what you're buying.🤔

For Bette Davis. She is in the movie "Burnt Offerings". Not sure if you are aware of that.

Got my popcorn on hand let's get into it

Tanny and the teenage t rex was the original title of the movie.
Great Collection Sue ! 😊❤

Great collection! Where are the Second Sight box sets? Easily my favorite boutique releases!

Kuffs is a pretty under rated movie I think
*I hope to see the A24s soon*

I love all those boutique labels but my favorite is Arrow, I’m waiting for Conan the Barbarian!

I looked up deceived bluray because I need it and it's $50+ dollars
You need to watch Marty during Oscar viewing month because it won Best Picture.
You forgot your Criterions.
That's going to be a separate video.
