I believe this is the same kind of helicopter that I took as an infant, when I was transferred from NYU to CHOP in Philadelphia. NYU wasn't able to help with my case of pulmonary hypertension so they sent a "Pennstar" medevac from Philadelphia to pick me up.

I know that a lot of the BK-117s are still going strong, but it makes me sad that I don't see hardly any BO-105s anymore.
Still remember when I was a kid watching the BK117’s getting phased in and replacing the BO105..

Holy smokes I’m shocked that Air Methods is not retiring the BK-117! Sadly Christus Health Flight for Life did retired years ago
They at becoming a rare sight. St. Louis area only has 1 now.
