I made this tonight - 2 yrs after original post. It’s delicious and fool-proof! I used some homemade Italian seasoning and garlic granules with some toasted and blitzed sourdough bread crumbs. Parmigiano too! But - I used seasoned flour for the first dredge, as I didn’t have enough of the breadcrumb mix. Then, I carefully broiled the cutlets with sliced provolone cheese and finally topped w/ warmed marinara sauce. Delicious with roasted potatoes and a bright salad! Thanks! ☺️
Great video. Thanks for the cooking tips. Using a zip top bad when pointing out meat is a great idea. Much easier than using plastic wrap. It never occurred to me to eliminate flour form the breading process and simply use the breadcrumbs twice. Looking forward to “extra crispy” the next time I make something that is breaded. Always love the cooking tips. Thanks for all the fantastic ideas.
Learning how to make Pork Milanese is a great basic skill to master. The same technique works for chicken. What would you pair with this?
A lemon, butter and capers sauce with an arugula salad. 🍸🍸

Sometimes it is not the recipe that gets people thinking but a technique different from their own - thanks for the feedback 🍸🍸

Yep, just have to get people used to the idea of capers. 🍸🍸
