The crusible aspect wing with twinblade does way more damage if the full combo lands but is hard to land. The sword version is more consistent and easy to land. Tho the twinblade can put the work on bloodflame and poison affinity since it hits many many times. And to land it mist of the time you need to actually stay very close to your opponent before using it, the closer you are, the higher the chance to land the full combo
I tried Aspect OTCW on a fire Knight's GS (holy) in invasions. Hard to land it. If you wear Crucible armor and buff w/ sacred tear and Sword of Light, you will absolutely one shot ppl..... If it lands. Lol. They need to be distracted or severely stupid.
@@Apexx27 Not really, Fire Knight's Greatsword is stupidly powerful. If you're talking about the Ash of War though it's really more about landing it than needing numerous buffs, and besides the guy only mentioned two buffs. The others are secondary effects that last as long as you have them equipped (crucible armor set) or infused (the sword itself set to holy).

The thurst version is pretty easy to land if you switch targets at the last moment

It’s just unfortunate that one of the selling points of the DLC has to have all theses buffs to make it viable

as a fashion souls enthusiast, i detest having to wear the armor to get a buff for it

Hey there ain't nothing wrong with Crucible Drip! It's just hard to pair with most things in the game is all. 👀
@@Apexx27 Mind you I've only tried this with a high faith build (min req + 80 faith).
