I get stuck in plat for the same reason you explained, my teamates constantly tunnel vision and i get constant diamond/master players in my lobby. I haven't gotten a single diamondless lobby yet and i keep getting as low as bronz teamates. I cant stack with anyone because of my area so im stuck solo queuing and its a nightmare. I've honestly been practicing non-stop solo trio games and trying high kill - high damage games so i can get used to not being able to rely on teamates ever. They never listen and I try so hard to ping this way or that way and they never get it. Its painful.
@@Valdex0 I can beat diamonds just not fullstack teams on my own. I get rather unpredictable matches where I'm either put against bad or way to hard of lobbies with teammates that lack fundimental skills or knowledge. I'm not the best and i know my short comings, but i need people who know what they're doing. Because everytime I get a team like that I can make like 200-300 rp a game, i made a 600 rp game in plat 3 with a fairly decent stack of randoms and then was immediately beat into the floor by a s13 pred stack 💀
U can join a random Apex Discord server, usually they are looking for people to rank up, also can have an actual conversation with them instead of being silent.
@@emanuelaraya5866 Ya ik, can't find any servers with people near or in the EU on german servers or like UK or anyone. Everyones usually on western 200 ping servers lol. But I'll probably get back into a server, idk if Ottr has one or not, never actually checked and honestly he probably does so I'll probably just drop in there
Sounds like a very peculiar type of issue... But seriously though, there's no way you can't find people of your level who are willing to play with you. Just join random servers or act nicely to people in-game using the voice chat feature.
dude, I just ranked up to diamond yesterday and i have to say, I haven't walked out of a single fight alive. Its like everyone suddenly is a damn laser beamer no matter the gun they have in their hands. Everyone pushes super aggressively and of course being a solo queuer, the communication from my team mates isn't the best. Fingers crossed I figure this out and manage to at least stay in diamond or hopefully rank up
My first diamond match this split ended up with an early fight against Hakis and the rest of the Alliance gang. Needless to say, I'm invited to ALGS now. Not. Matchmaking in diamond is pretty frustrating right now, because you never know which fights to take. We hold our own against most diamond teams and can at least push them off if not wipe them, but show even a second of hesitation against a pred fullstack (which is in every lobby so far) and you're going down fast. We have had a few straight wins against some preds though, which is pretty cool, but mostly because they play insanely aggressively and often put themselves out of position. But they have such amazing beams and game sense that it usually doesnt matter.
Been stuck on diamond 4 for 2 weeks, welcome to my life where you fight the top20 pred. The only time i get rp is when I sniper teams from far so I don't ha e to worry about getting 3rd partied. Even when I get a decent game I'm only getting around 100points, but its hard to be consistant with preds everywhere
welcome to the club, been solo queuing diamond for the last 2 weeks, deranked back to plat1 9 times, went almost all the way up to diamond 2, then lost 1300 rp in 1 session
The good news, if you didn't know, is you get ranked rewards based on your top ranking of the split. So don't be too scared of getting knocked down to platinum.
If you are struggling to get a decent feeling at combat just play arena, you will be thrown into fair fights every 2 minutes or so which is ALOT more than you could ever do in playing BR.
Yeah and you occasionally face ex preds and masters also so you really get to gauge how well you stack up against that skill level. I’m Diamond in arenas but mechanic wise i can hang with Preds 1v1.
This is a great tip for the new players. Playing arena is the fastest and the most consistent way to see yourself improving as you would be put up against a single squad no third parties. Great place to learn how to force 1v1s and playing cross fire with your teammates
@@complex6355 apex was my first FPS ever and believe me when i say it, i would empty 2 mags without hitting a single person IN ARENAS. spent an entire season playing arenas only. (was too afraid to play BR and let my teammates down) i started around season 9 when it came out up till end of season 10 and went from hitting no one to be a decently good shooter. i know the matchmaking is hella bad in it, but if there is ever a mode that can teach you recoil, aim, and close combat. it's arenas. just think of it as target practice rather than something you should win at. i still use it as warm up now. and it's the best wingman practice you could ask for.
There's a lot of cheaters in rookie, in hongkong around 5 players are cheaters, I struggle in rookie in season 13 because a person 400m away will snipe you with r99. Its a rats game in rookie here.
Even at other ranks. Hong Kong has a good number of hackers. I have a habit of spectating my killers if I find that they are suspicious, and I can say for a fact that there are a lot of Soft Aim Bot and Map/Wall Hackers. If I spectate someone, 7/10 times they turned out to be hacking.
@@IanLagman either you are lucky or just haven't spectated enough people. Nowadays people don't use Aim Bot that kills you across the map. They use hacks called Soft Aim Bot. Which is basically Aim Assist on Steroids. Very hard to detect
I used to be hard stuck plat because of the lack of game sense my teammates had, but for this season I’m struggling to get out of gold where before it used to be a walk in the park, I had a match this season where my team had one level 2 shield while me and this other teammate had level 1 and it was mid game the most popular time for level 3 shields we were going to fight but I realized we would lose due to the amount of teams around and how many of them had level 2 and 3 shields I communicated that we get out because we’d lose without better shields and they proceeded to call be dumb for backing out of the fights we were going to face, they got knocked because they continued fighting even when I called to run, and I ended up pushing a losing battle because they were too stuck up with ego.
It could also be the compatibility that I have with the majority of my teammates, none of them really like going for the openings I see in a lot of fights and that could also cost me games, I will admit there are time where it’s my bad but I still need something to work with my style of gameplay.
@@chilldragon1971 there is always a limit to what you can do with randoms. either use mic to communicate and that usually helps them understand what you're trying to do. or try to customize you gameplay to their style. 3rd choice is to get so good at the game that you'll only need teammates to be bait. unfortunately some sacrifices has to be made. honestly i stop playing when i hit plat, as i solo Q and i don't have the energy to grind plat lobbies with randoms.
@@q8asami Thank you for the response, and that is indeed true, I only wish to be that good 😂. It feels as if I already hit a barrier of mine in skill, and I’ve been hoping to break that barrier, my aims gotten better so I have been getting more beams as of late, but I still feel like my calls could use some work. I try to communicate important info but at times I feel as if it is wrong to, so I am not annoying but you’d expect that on the level gold and above, communication is key, but the compatibility is something that is also needed, somebody that can match the strategy that is put in place.
As someone who plays aggressive rampart and have been since I’ve pretty much started and defensive legends can be fun however it takes time to learn the ins and outs of a defensive char
I know a guy who never played rank and always solo que in pubs and also destroy preds. ( Not everytime ) so i asked him how do you do it. He said " i have been playing battle royale games for so long so and since my friend do not interest in pc games so i have to play alone and i made that habit. My mindset about taking 1v3 or 1v4 or 1v5 has been devloping since i played those games. Sure i struggle in apex a lot but when i start applying my game sense and start getting good but the reason why i do not play rank coz whenever i face hackers i just start loosing fun in this game coz it takes a lot to solo que rank up and ping is always 100 coz i live is asia but my secret is i never expect anything from my team mates.
I feel your friends pain - this season is so bad I actually have had to switch to Tokyo servers, since I’ve tried every server without change and for some reason Tokyo has been the most tolerable- atleast there I half expect everyone to be trying so it’s easier to swallow when you’re always getting thirded without a single team mate to ever back you up - seriously having teammates in this game is a thing of the past.
Dude I get disconnects and mindless idiots. So I feel you on that one.... It gets super annoying because I would love to play ranked solo but I don't trust the matchmaking enough and the only friends I attract are people who suck thinking I'm going to carry them every single game. Or it's people who are arrogant and are decent sometimes. I suck at using social media stuff. Have a couple good friends but I rarely see them but every now and then.
Been in diamond 4 for 2 weeks, been up and down 4 times solo queuing, I get team mates that dont care and run off solo and die or team mates that think they can go toe to toe with a pred squad only to die within 2 seconds, I can tell if its a pred squad because they are super agressive, they with ethier drop you in a second or they will crack you down to nothing so you don't even have time to heal. Also some pred squads will jump on teams and follow them off a ship for early kp if you don't have a pred trail. I've noticed my best games are when I sniper people from far or 3rd party from far, but I make sure I'm in a position where its easy to spot someone pushing up on us. Jumping into fights don't even seem worth it because the other squads will be thier to 3rd, 4th and 5th party you in seconds and catch you out. However 2 kills and 3rd place only got me like 100points, so being consistent solo queing is hard.
I play with a friend and we are stuck in plat. Like you said in the video its hard to make random teammates follow you and to get things worse in my region plat lobbies are basically pred lobbies, everytime we try to play in our region the matchmaking takes like 5 to 10 minutes and then just put us in a pred/masters lobby. We've been playing in other regions with high ping so at least we can run into opponents who are closer to our skill level but yeah thats not an ideal solution. The major problem I believe we've been running into is positioning I've been looking at my vods and most of the time we are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Like we seen to somehow always end up in the middle of 2 or 3 teams and even when we win our fights we got 3rd partied. I don't know if we are picking bad landing spots or rotation courses, I'm still trying to figure it out what the main issue is.
It might seem really hard but being in the pred/master lobbies can teach you a lot, just focus on the sort of postions the higher teams hold and start trying to hold them yourself. And If you're dominating in terms of aim you'll know you're doing really good rather then just "Welp I'm facing people that are bad" so that's also a big boost. So just keep at it and you'll climb, whenever I first climbed It was painful but a few seasons of grinding and you really start to get the feel for it and you'll miss those higher lobbies If you get stuck in a gold one with the right mindset.
I'm playing for around 2 months, till gold it was pretty easy, but now i feel like the game is trying to give me the worst teammates possible. Yes, I'm not that good either, but at least I don't hot drop, rush a full squad with a p2020 and dye in 10 seconds :/
your teammates could be better than you, but on a non-comms game its really hard to tell as everybody just doing their own thing, some of the time they die first cause you cant follow their call, some of the time you die first cause they are too busy looting... ranked apex somehow is less about personal skill but rather than about macro plays and giving good calls, some of the times i got champion on games where i felt like my aim was literal dog, but somehow we were rolling everybody else in the lobby, just to amaze me by the end that my teammates did even worse than how i did and we won that game simply by good positioning and rotating.
I dont remember saying that I'm a good player, of course I'm not, I haven't even played that long. And yes, a lot of my teammates are better than me, but that doesn't explain rushing everything you see without saying a word
There's no best per se as it's personal preference and situational. But that aside, what I like to use based on the gun are: 1. AR - 2x and 3x for all assault type weapons. And 1x if I have a good poking gun like Snipers and Marksman or Wingman. I almost always choose 2x over 3x. 2. SMG - Aside from Car and Volt, 1x for all situation. For Car and Volt I use 2x unless it's the final ring. Or 1x if I have a mid range weapon as my other gun 3. Pistol - 1x for all except for Wingman. For Wingman 2x or 1x if I have good mid range weapons like ARs. 4. Snipers and Marksman- 8x and 3x respectively. Never 2x4x unless I absolutely need to use. And sometimes 2x until I find a better scope. I would also use 1x sometimes. 5. Shotguns - No scope and 1x. If 1x Classic is not available, no scope all the way. Now again, my optic preference depends on my loadout. If I have a gun that is good at mid range like ARs, Car, Volt, etc. I will use 1x for my secondary weapon. For example, If I use a Flatline and Wingman. I will use 2x for both or have 1x for one of them and just switch between them depending on how I want to fight and depending on the ring. If I want to poke, I'll transfer the 2x to my Wingman.
I just destroy plat lobbies but as soon as I hit diamond I start to get shit on, there is literally no in-between; don’t get me wrong, I like playing in higher tier lobbies, but this huge of a skill gap shouldn’t be there
I got diamond 4 last season why am I gold 1 and getting stuck in masters diamond lobby’s with some preds I just use the first server available which is usually Oregon what should I switch too?
I just got into diamond in kc split and my 3 stack was so traumatized that they had to play in diamond lobby’s as plat 2’s that they stopped me from playing ranked until they cought up to me at gold 2 after the split ended which sadly didnt work since I just get a lot more kills than them so I’m 2 ranks higher than them and since we’re already in plat they can’t solo q anymore and there already worried abt how I’m almost diamond again
Problem with rookie-bronze lobbies is, its full of sweaty people usually ex-dia or ex-pred. 10,000+kills, 20k kill badges etc. Four days ago i made new acc, to play with my GF (shes new to the game). And even i tried to have low dmg and kills, so she can learn the game in easy lobbies, two days later my lvl 20 account gets matched vs players with 500+lvls, dia and pred badges.
I got stucked on diamond for last two seasons because i always play solo (dont have any friend who plays apex) and rarely i have communicate team its so hard to play without a stack even in diamond yet alone in Master
Stuck at plat atm because so far every match had preds and masters steam rolling the lobby.. My last 3 lobbies were against #2 jesus it wasnt even close.
Man ranked to be honest has been a nightmare. I seem to attract people that think I will carry them or I have a couple good friends I have got to silver with and refuse to play without them as every time I que up solo I get W keys and mindless idiots to disconnects...... Just wish I could find a decent squad I'm on every single day and want to grind ranked.... My pred friends say I'm a plat or diamond kinda want to see as I've never grinded ranked and want to see how far I make it but am tired of the solo ranked que experience.
I'm soloing and now in diamond, shame is that the teammates don't change if anything they're worse, thinking they can fight every fight... 😔 I'm still climbing but nor enough time to get to masters I don't think, do you like these changes or do you think it's abit too challenging? I myself love how close to comp play is to ranked now, highest amount of teams in final circle was 14 squads 26 people that was something else to experience and come out second with a duo I had just met haha
Ay bro I’m hard stuck plat 2 and the only reason I lose is because when I challenge a fight in a non populated area I still get 3rd partied and sometimes even 4th Ed. My friend is diamond 4 and me and him have about the same skill and the same style of play so tbh I think it’s just kings canyon and how open it is
Welcome to KC, the worst map for Rank. Last night, we wiped a team, another team came before we could even heal up fully, we wiped them again, another team came again, we wiped them again with 2 of us getting knocked, and another came and finished our last standing member.
Plat 1 here trying for diamond, good thing I got a friend so we duo. Bad thing randoms are a coin flip, sometimes great and sometimes they do 13 dmg in 3 different fights before we die, how?!
From what I noticed after the ranked changes is that Plat is the new Diamond and if you get to Diamond you can consider yourself a masters rank player...first game in Diamond IV this season I got stomped by a pred 3 stack 👌 play on EU and the masters/pred population is so low that they always end up in plat/Diamond lobbies.
To be honest from my experience playing this season i feel like the difficulty level of gold and platinum completely switched. Gold lobbies are playing out like the old plat lobbies with smart players but in platinum everyone just rat and end up getting rolled. Its very strange
I stuck plat 3. I just don't understand the others 2 teamates. Only 3 options that I always find. First, they are bad. I just half hp an enemy and this enemy push to my team. My teamates were full purple armor 1v2, meanwhile I 1v2 the rest of enemy squad. I win that then go back to my teamates and already saw they got knocked when I shot the last guy, feels like they not even deal any damage to this enemy. Second, they not giving coms(duo party). Third, they or one of them always over confidence. Fourth, it is very rare that you will find a good teamates(which not include an options since it is very rare).
i'm gold 2, i am on console and in my area i have to play on japan server which has 100-300 ping and so much delay intermittenly, i cant play on singapore server (18-30ping) since there is no console player around there (cant queue rank it takes too long), why do we have pc player on my team to queue with other platform like pc, i need to get matchmaking in singapore server sigh
Well I have a decent amount of hours in the game, but I'm still hard stuck bronze and I feel like its because I don't spend that much time playing ranked, and don't have any people to que with what should I do?
Just play ranked more is really all I can say. Just playing ranked more will get you into gold pretty much every time. Watching some tips and tricks videos can also help you figure out why you might be struggling. I have recently had to climb back up from bronze as a solo after not playing for a while. It only took a few days of playing for a few hours each day to get to platinum.
Im about to say a hard truth my g. Ranked as solo player is basically a nightmare today. Apex just became a game where you need at least 1 other friend as same level to constantly play cuz unless you play 4-6 hours a day minimum as solo, you won't easily get master or even diamond as you could if you just had your bro who with you started the game even a year ago. Apex solo ranked experience is a big mess. I play since season 0 and i started on pc in February 2019 with my bro. Now he's in army and i changed platforms from ps4 pro to Xbox series x this day and i swear... Went from my master on pc and beginning ps4 with my Bro to Diamond diamond and now plat 3 at this day. I'm not playing that much but just saying i playing 4 times more Titanfall 2 30min queue game than apex ranked should give you an idea of my apex experience. Respawn, please fix that.
I started playing apex last weak and i am getting always one clipped don’t matter what movement i have what can i do? And the head shoots from my enemy’s are insane 70-90% head shoot quotes so how can i beam like them?
1. They dont hit that many headshots 2. Always try to be close to cover (even if you are not fighting) so you just break line of sight as soon as someone starts shooting you. If you peak them only show like 40-60 percent of your body to the enemie... you can shoot them easily, but you dont get killed that easy. If you are playing always remeber my words and try implementing the things i told you! I hope that helped you out a bit
Play your positioning well and peak damage so you take less and they take more. Every fight doesn’t have to be taken. High ground is important. Practice aim in arenas. If you feel like your aim is inconsistent maybe try out some ALC settings adjusted to you & your controller.
gold nightmare is a zone. Everybody play near zone and im pissed of it becouse i lost half my games out of zone becouse my team didnt follow in time so others easy killed us and anopter half games i fight at end of zones and being smashed by diffrent teams that also want to play near zone. Only 1 time my team managed to come into center early from meaby 20 games? That ridiculous :D but we were overhelmed by teams that also went into middle. It was very good spot to be there.
Ex plat player before ranked 2.0 - I'm struggling to reach plat again (which is my goal) I'm so burnt out of not being able to get out of gold currently and not reaching plat! I'm trying to get a bit of KP and rotate early to play for the win! If anyone has any tips to help me reach my goal it'd be greatly appriciated! :(
Get better at your aim, movement and position, this is not to offend you, but if you say that you are having hard time hitting the plat you are lacking to at least one of the things I've mentioned, I'm diamond 2 and on my smurf I've reached diamond 4 by soloqueing and the gold/plat lobby are so easy, this season diamond it's more easier than s12 rank
Holy fuck it must be nice to play on high population servers, i play on australian severs and am in plat and there is constant master/pred stacks every game. its extremely rare for me to find other plats as every plat squad in the game gets wiped off drop by these much higher ranked teams. even diamonds are hard to find as they get wiped pretty quickly too.
Fights gotta finish fast. If you fight seems like its dragging out. You and your team need to back off let the other teams come in cause they heard gun shots and then come back in.
Bro, not sure why, but I had such a hard time getting out of silver and gold.. and then when I hit plat I absolutely FLEW thru it into diamond. Like, super easy. Maybe my randoms got better, idk (I only solo que)
It's probably because in bronze, silver and gold. 50% of the players are either smurfs, 4k 20 bombs who don't play ranked and want ez lobbies. Or just cheaters.
Unless your absolutely cracked out of your mind good, its pretty damn hard or impossible, you cant be above average you need to be a master or pro almost. Or just get a squad
@@mikedergalev what Otter said, but ya, more often than not you get people of lesser skill because of the sbmm in apex and just variable population in servers
I don't about you but in my experience all ranks are kinda fubah now. There are very little rookie players instead the lower ranks are usually filled with alter account diamond players in 3 stacks after they got hard stuck at D4, got bored and went with the ladder climbing again.
Me in rookie because the team I get are either rushing everything in sight 1 at a time but aren't good at the game to 1v3 or spend too much time looting and we are under prepared due to only having blue Evo shields that or I'm just a new player that has been playing for 5/6 seasons and still sucks at the game lol edit I'm getting in games with gold players though so I don't think rookie gets placed in with rookie it's not the case for me anyways
when i play solo i usually play legends that help my teammates like lifeline or newcastle to try to keep them alive and if possible use as bait maybe use voice chat and try to establish yourself as leader by pinging where to go at the beginning i dont think that its purely your teams fault if youre stuck in rookie up to silver
hmm i think you have a great overall view here, but somehow i can smash plat lobbies with my mates, we can even take dumb fights and win just because we are better in plat, as soon as one of us hits diamond, we struggel alot. I mean really lot! i dont know. i think in plat everybody has allready a great overall skill, to hit diamond you need to mix that with brain and there you are. But after on i have no idea why it is so hard. I think its due to 60% of the time preds are the champions squad.
He's not wrong, however you cannot tell if they are that pred team until you fight them. If they beam 1 of your players from far and drop him in a sec, or crack you down to nothing instantly, just run. They do not miss shots so dont run in open fields or ull die. Also taking any fights seem pointless, once you fire the first shot 5 teams are running to you. I remember yesterday a fight dragged with a master squad, I had 2 members down, I downed 1 and my team mates down 1, I killed the last wraith master, then a pred squad with valk just flew straight into me with no health, i actually felt good about killing that master team only to die straight after. The fight dragged on as the master team thought they would beat us easily, ended up dieing to us 3 randoms.
The problem with bronze I'm finding is that most randoms are bad and don't help in fights so it's almost always 1vs3 which is never easy. Ive not played ranked since S4 ish. I've been playing since season 0 and have over 10k kills and a 1.5kd so I'm not a complete potato
@@PsychoSpit hi there, so, firstly I'm not a kid, I haven't played ranked since S4 as I've been too busy running my own business and raising a family, I just started ranked about 4 weeks ago, I play an hour or 2 once or twice a week with one friend and was only a week or so into playing again
As a solo queue player who almost always plays with duo players.. it's interesting how many duos also have very little game sense. In plat "most" people can shoot a gun and beam. It's the lack of decision making and playing smart that hurts most people I tend to play with. And as that solo player I always try to be a good third and shadow the team. But it's always about horrible rotations. .... Everyone wants to push Cage and Containment.... Literally the 2 single worst locations on the map for third partying. And you rarely come out on top in those spots. So PSA... Please people, stop pushing cage and containment fights mid game. It's almost certainly throwing your games. Go Around.
@@tphil5901 Totally agree. Also, they never know when to disengage or avoid picking up a fight. It feels like they just don't know when a fight is counterproductive and risky, and it seems like they don't know that Valk can get them away from the scene in less than 10 seconds. Even more annoying are the duos who just straight up ignore your pings/words, and act like you don't exist. Sometimes even avoiding rez, which is just stupid. Then the blame is always on the random, right?
@@HdF-Nota completely.... Hey I'm not claiming to be an amazing player skill wise.... But I'm for damn sure a good teammate.. and a great random. Sometimes it's the duos faults. Sometimes it's my fault Sometimes you just get outplayed. It is what it is. Everyone needs to stop complaining when you lose. And try to help the player who maybe made a mistake. Yet it's clear no one ever wants to assume they ever made a mistake right.
My issue as a bronze is that my teammates are dookie booty. I could be any one in a 1v1. But my teammates are just screaming “HEY THIS GUY IS RIGHT HERE COME KILL HIM” and then like 9 squads show up to fight me
Literally been waiting for someone to post a video like this so I can send it to my teammate because bro just wants to fight every fight in plat and it is not doing us any justice😂🤔🌚😒
"Only ever put with rookie players." Nah man, I've gotten put with gold's, & silvers when I was still playing rookie, back before I dropped playing Ranked entirely.
Please tell me why you said Pick up a Peacekeeper. Seriously. We have A Sentinel which you said Not to use Should've been Use it to get good And DeShawn should take out shotguns so snipers can shine. Lmoo Respawn
My 2 cents, don't get into diamond. If you're good enough to get to Plat 1 just leave a bunch of games so that you stay in Plat. Once you're in diamond there's no enjoyment to be had in ranked. You have to have really good shot calling and discipline to know when to take a fight and when to back down. A single 3v3 will very quickly end up as a whole lobby fight so if you don't get a knock in the first 5 secs of a fight then leave, the whole server is about to be there. And playing for positions is pointless, more often than not you're just going to be rolled by a 3 stack within 5 secs. If you're playing ranked to enjoy it then don't get into diamond, you can get away with alot of stupid shit in Plat but diamond is where either mad men or gods roam and you're just fuel for there bulldozer. So basically diamond is where the true grind starts. Glhf
I don't envy Diamond players tbh. I'll stick with sweaty Plat players praying to one day make it to Diamond. Not I. It takes quite a bit to be able to actually grind your way to Masters, and its a grind I'm not interested in at all.
@@Harry-Manback smartest decision you'll make in apex, I was foolish enough to think that Masters was within my grasps but all I got was a broken mental. Games are meant to be fun and diamond and above isn't fun in the slightest especially now that the devs have complete neglected the solo queue life as well as their servers and audio.
Been on diamond 4 for 2 weeks. We're just food for preds. Imagine I dropped and the rank number 20 pred came charging at me in open field with his team mates. You can tell if its a pred squad because they will be super aggressive, they will 1 shot you down to no hp so you have no time to heal or beam you to death in a second. I remember I was fighting a pred squad with my team, the 2 cunts ran off in the end with no warning and left me, I was running around the buildings dodging for me life, body tense as fuck, managed to escapeby flight with valk and the preds. Best and safest way is to just sniper people from far so you don't get 3rd, 4th, 5h etc partied
@@konvictgaming1566 100% bro, the worst part is that its the only way to gain in diamond rank. If you don't leave as fast as possible in most fights you're either gonna be run through or be 3rd partied by the entire lobby, it's stupid and unfun. Preds are just built different, idk what gaming chair they have but it's most likely fit for a god.
The problem with bronze, is its full of people who dont play ranked. I've seen diamond, masters, and even pred trails
bronze is legit harder than gold and maybe plat
Yea it is! idk why but I play sooo often against a Plat
I think you said the inverse of what you meant, but true.
THATS WHAT IM SAYING
I have had a triple pred 3 stack in my rookie bronze lobby a few weeks ago
I get stuck in plat for the same reason you explained, my teamates constantly tunnel vision and i get constant diamond/master players in my lobby. I haven't gotten a single diamondless lobby yet and i keep getting as low as bronz teamates. I cant stack with anyone because of my area so im stuck solo queuing and its a nightmare. I've honestly been practicing non-stop solo trio games and trying high kill - high damage games so i can get used to not being able to rely on teamates ever. They never listen and I try so hard to ping this way or that way and they never get it. Its painful.
Why do you want to get to diamond if you can't beat diamonds?

Ditto.
Arenas makes me wanna smash my monitor so no
Yeah and you occasionally face ex preds and masters also so you really get to gauge how well you stack up against that skill level. I’m Diamond in arenas but mechanic wise i can hang with Preds 1v1.
@@IDKWHAT2NAMETHISS why is that?
If I spectate someone, 7/10 times they turned out to be hacking.
in my 300 hours of play time, i havent encountered a hacker in hong kong server
Bronze and Diamond can be some of the hardest tiers to climb out of. Also when you actually do your ranked grind can affect your lobbies as well.
@@mikebrown3790 yea even i have seen preds 3 stacks in pubs. Imagine the new player's pain.
If only there was a way to block troll teammates that I keep getting in my games losing me RP.
I get afks on my team
“Oh sorry guys my flight across the world bouta head out brb”
Yeah I know me and my friend where stuck in plat for half the split
skill issue
but notNice tutorialng seems to work. Tried built-in content, and scarlett solo. What's the hardware you have? windows mac? special soft card?
I'm playing for around 2 months, till gold it was pretty easy, but now i feel like the game is trying to give me the worst teammates possible. Yes, I'm not that good either, but at least I don't hot drop, rush a full squad with a p2020 and dye in 10 seconds :/
But you can't spell
look like skill issue
your teammates could be better than you, but on a non-comms game its really hard to tell as everybody just doing their own thing, some of the time they die first cause you cant follow their call, some of the time you die first cause they are too busy looting...
ranked apex somehow is less about personal skill but rather than about macro plays and giving good calls, some of the times i got champion on games where i felt like my aim was literal dog, but somehow we were rolling everybody else in the lobby, just to amaze me by the end that my teammates did even worse than how i did and we won that game simply by good positioning and rotating.
I dont remember saying that I'm a good player, of course I'm not, I haven't even played that long. And yes, a lot of my teammates are better than me, but that doesn't explain rushing everything you see without saying a word
I’d love to see a video for the best optic to use on each gun
its a matter of prefference though
@@cherryyyyyyyyy I agree, but some optics are better for certain scenarios, play style, etc.
Well, point and click method usually works best :P
There's no best per se as it's personal preference and situational. But that aside, what I like to use based on the gun are:
Or 1x if I have a mid range weapon as my other gun
2x or 3x for any gun tbh. For a submachine it's 1x or 2x. Snipers is anything big 6x

Been playing in Diamond lobbies as Plat and gotten to Plat 2.... do I have the abilities to get masters then?
I’m glad I’m not the only one in bronze seeing every rank but bronze in the lobby
at 5:34 do the bullets normally cut towards opponents?
nope, it's a visual glitch that can sometimes happen, more when you're spectating someone
you should check that combo out thats realy good 4 duo wins in a row with that combo : 1 volt smg 2 r99 volt for long range and r99 for close range
Please what's the first background song I've heard it a lot from your videos and I like it 🙂
I just got into diamond in kc split and my 3 stack was so traumatized that they had to play in diamond lobby’s as plat 2’s that they stopped me from playing ranked until they cought up to me at gold 2 after the split ended which sadly didnt work since I just get a lot more kills than them so I’m 2 ranks higher than them and since we’re already in plat they can’t solo q anymore and there already worried abt how I’m almost diamond again
Yah stuck in rookie didn’t age well, now there’s minus rp if you die quick and there are mad past plats and past diamonds in there.
I got stucked on diamond for last two seasons because i always play solo (dont have any friend who plays apex) and rarely i have communicate team its so hard to play without a stack even in diamond yet alone in Master
You wanan be my duo
Hey man thanks a lot. I was really overwheld and confused but now it all makes sense. Thank you.
Yeah I’m a noob stuck in bronze, and I keep finding people with gold, diamond, and EVEN PREDATORS in my lobbies and it’s not even fun.
TNice tutorials is so amazing thanks for the videooo ;D
I'm soloing and now in diamond, shame is that the teammates don't change if anything they're worse, thinking they can fight every fight... 😔 I'm still climbing but nor enough time to get to masters I don't think, do you like these changes or do you think it's abit too challenging? I myself love how close to comp play is to ranked now, highest amount of teams in final circle was 14 squads 26 people that was something else to experience and come out second with a duo I had just met haha
Thanks for the tips I'm LVL 70 with a 3k on horizon grinding me way to play, I am currently gold 3

Playing sometimes isn't enough. If you want to get better, you have to learn new things and try to push yourself more.
@@coolbrotherf127 yeah true
Your lesson helped a lot, after that i wrote my first lody. Thank you very much.
Its very strange
ive played a couple matches of rookies and its either filled with smurfs, noobs or for some god awful reason masters and preds
Best server to rank up to Platinum? I'm playing Sydney cuz that's the nearest English speaking server and I'm Bottom Bronze rn
i hit plat split 1. first split ever for me mind you. you just gotta get some teammates if you struggle in gold. and ofc grind
I took a long break from apex and was a decent player. But since returning I have found that even in bronze I'm getting beamed constantly like wtf
Im new to apex and i seen champions with level 300 and more, idk if thats normal
i'm gold 2, i am on console and in my area i have to play on japan server which has 100-300 ping and so much delay intermittenly, i cant play on singapore server (18-30ping) since there is no console player around there (cant queue rank it takes too long), why do we have pc player on my team to queue with other platform like pc, i need to get matchmaking in singapore server sigh
I have had rookie 2 players on my team in gold
Respawn, please fix that.
can you make the same video but for arenas?
I'm gold and solo queuing alot and I get 2 rookies regular so they definitely aren't being match with other rookies as a guarantee.
I find out surviving till last zone and 2nd place gave me like 300 rp, with couple of kills
I started playing apex last weak and i am getting always one clipped don’t matter what movement i have what can i do? And the head shoots from my enemy’s are insane 70-90% head shoot quotes so how can i beam like them?
1. They dont hit that many headshots
@@bavarian_ttv2010 thx for the advice one thing more is it normal that the mates leave so early sometimes?

Play your positioning well and peak damage so you take less and they take more. Every fight doesn’t have to be taken. High ground is important. Practice aim in arenas. If you feel like your aim is inconsistent maybe try out some ALC settings adjusted to you & your controller.
play arenas to get used to the weapons and aim, you'll get killed a lot but you'll get better in a shorter amount of time.
I’m stuck in rookie but I only play it with my friends and my friends are pretty much never on
gold nightmare is a zone. Everybody play near zone and im pissed of it becouse i lost half my games out of zone becouse my team didnt follow in time so others easy killed us and anopter half games i fight at end of zones and being smashed by diffrent teams that also want to play near zone.

Maybe my randoms got better, idk (I only solo que)
It's probably because in bronze, silver and gold. 50% of the players are either smurfs, 4k 20 bombs who don't play ranked and want ez lobbies. Or just cheaters.
I’m stuck in silver lol every match is me with 500 damage with 2 kills and both teammates with under 100 damage and no kills lol

Me in rookie because the team I get are either rushing everything in sight 1 at a time but aren't good at the game to 1v3 or spend too much time looting and we are under prepared due to only having blue Evo shields that or I'm just a new player that has been playing for 5/6 seasons and still sucks at the game lol edit I'm getting in games with gold players though so I don't think rookie gets placed in with rookie it's not the case for me anyways
when i play solo i usually play legends that help my teammates like lifeline or newcastle to try to keep them alive and if possible use as bait
maybe use voice chat and try to establish yourself as leader by pinging where to go at the beginning
i dont think that its purely your teams fault if youre stuck in rookie up to silver

hmm i think you have a great overall view here, but somehow i can smash plat lobbies with my mates, we can even take dumb fights and win just because we are better in plat, as soon as one of us hits diamond, we struggel alot. I mean really lot! i dont know. i think in plat everybody has allready a great overall skill, to hit diamond you need to mix that with brain and there you are. But after on i have no idea why it is so hard. I think its due to 60% of the time preds are the champions squad.
POV: Me as a master at the start of a new split getting my ass beat in plat by top 50 preds.
Thank you for these tips. They are very helpful!
His advice for diamond was avoid the predator and master teams 💀
Lmao for real, once you get that Pred team who is a champ in your lobby your chances of getting any RP go way down.
You’re bronze and played since season 0. You ain’t got it kid
Pro tip past plat play with a 3 stack because every random has almost 0 iq .
Sometimes it's my fault
Sometimes you just get outplayed.
It is what it is.
Everyone needs to stop complaining when you lose. And try to help the player who maybe made a mistake.
Yet it's clear no one ever wants to assume they ever made a mistake right.
I literally just got died to a silver with 4k badge and 20 kill badge in rookie 4 lmao
I'm in bronze and all I'm playing against are really good players i aint ever getting up
My issue as a bronze is that my teammates are dookie booty. I could be any one in a 1v1. But my teammates are just screaming “HEY THIS GUY IS RIGHT HERE COME KILL HIM” and then like 9 squads show up to fight me
I don't play rank to much but the times I have played I have had rookie teammates in gold lobbies 💀
Literally been waiting for someone to post a video like this so I can send it to my teammate because bro just wants to fight every fight in plat and it is not doing us any justice😂🤔🌚😒
welp.. cant progress through silver to gold bc these damn diamonds, n masters😭😭
I play as rookie and I my enemies are golds or even masters
yo I'm in bronze and I'm going against preds is just horrible man
"Only ever put with rookie players."
Nah man, I've gotten put with gold's, & silvers when I was still playing rookie, back before I dropped playing Ranked entirely.
At least for the lower half, most of those tips are not applicable outside of the designated rank
Rookie does not only que with rookies those poor souls
But there are prestige level people in rookie
Please tell me why you said Pick up a Peacekeeper. Seriously. We have A Sentinel which you said Not to use Should've been Use it to get good And DeShawn should take out shotguns so snipers can shine.
