Eating the Most Amazing Burger at Au Cheval NYC

I eat at and review the New York City location of Au Cheval and their famous burger, which is considered to be one of the best in NYC and the country. The original restaurant opened in Chicago during 2012, while the New York location opened in 2019 in the Tribeca neighborhood of Manhattan. For dessert, I eat at Morgenstern's BANANAS, which is a dairy-free soft serve ice cream shop.
