For me the TP megatron is the best version of the character, it’s like a mix between the g1 megatron and the bay megatron, he has the characteristics of the original but turned into a badass style like I said before like the bay megatron

Nice little mod kit, definitely makes that fusion cannon look better. I'm surprised they just came out and said the exact name of the toy on the box like that. Though I do wish they had given you an option for red lightpiping to have screen-accurate eyes.
And yes, it was his right arm that got chopped off. I remember he had to give up his cannnon to use the star saber. Though considering how easily his arm was reattached, I'm wondering why he didn't just fix his right arm, lop off his left, and attach the dead Prime's hand that way to have both his fusion cannon AND the star saber. Too OP maybe?
His thumbs would be on the wrong way, since he would have 2 right hands

The song was wonderful at the beginning and I noticed he loves like others and he doesn't notice it, it's shockwave that he loves
Whenever any of my figures have loose ball joints, i detach its part and cover the ball with a little super glue which will thicken the ball when its dry and it last forever. How much super glue depends on the figure and how loose it is.

If you don't want to glue the soles on permanently, you can use a bit of silly putty. It will increase grip and come off easily with a toothpick when unwanted.
a good thing to use as well to tighten up ball joints is a little superglue. just put a little on and it thickens the plastic

If you want to get the towering effect of Megatron you can just bring his front and back feet together. Not all the way together just so it looks as if he's on his tip toes. You'll get a much taller Megatron which won't effect transformation.

Megatron forged the Dark Star Saber to rival Optimus's Star Saber. So it was only natural to name it like that. That and the reason there's already a Darksaber in the star wars universe so it would make things confusing and you dont really wanna get copy righted by Disney. That mouse will come for you

Why didn’t I watch this as a child? I had a deluxe star-scream as a kid that had ball joints, and they got loose. Being the dumb kid I was, I took it apart and now I don’t have him anymore!

What I do for loose ball joints is just put a bit of paper in it to add friction

Really like the backpack and cannon, but why not replace the entire hollow arms and add a bicep swivel.

Nice add on! I bought TF Prime voyager Megatron when he came to stores in Finland. Unfortunately his arms are so loose that they drop off when I move them. Ball joints are good for movement, but I really don't like them. My brother also bought a pack with Bumblebee and Starscream, and their ball joints are loose too, especially Starscream's arms. :(

actually, the arm belongs to Liege Maximo, not Solus Prime (even though Liege is green).
Wow his new up grades are awesome. And I watched the special all the way through I like watch it over and over again. I love it. And you were right it was that arm, he replaced his Canon arm for the prime arm to control the saber and that is the arm optimus cut off. I know some one else probably already told you but I could not help my self. Anyway great review emgo keep it up and don't forget your awesome.😃
to fix the floppy hand problem you could just replace the bottom of the for arm with the original one
I think these guys should make another upgrade set for Megs, the reason why is the beast hunters predacons rising movie (spoilers if you haven't seen it) Unicron takes over Megs body and gives him a new upgraded armor and they should make the armor set
Kinda wish you did a side-by-side comparison of the two bot mode heads because I think they look exactly the same.

Quite different. The new head is more screen accurate.
LIBERTYorD34TH no, the stock head has more of a weird cat face whereas the animation model has more of a almost skeletal face and the new head captures that look better. I don't know if the takara version gave him a different head sculpt but the american version has that weird cat face that didn't really looks like him.
