I’ve found that watching rockhounding channels that don’t share location is the same as watching a travel show that doesn’t reveal destination. What’s the point?
Something to find in Northern Utah that isn't fossil? I live in Logan and wish there was some jasper or something I can tumble without having to drive 2+ hours to get to something.
Keep up the grate work, there always room for just one more rock in the back pack keep them coming, if love to have some proper Utah rock from there 👍🙏
Great video, but it would be great if he would share where he is. I live in Utah, there are plenty of rocks to share and there are plenty of rock hounding sites to go around. I find these videos frustrating.
Easy fix don’t watch them.. I don’t tell where I am as I don’t want people all around where I am.. for me it’s not about I don’t want people to find rocks .. but that’s not why I go out.. I go out to get away from people into nature.🤣🤣🤣
@@tappintheamericanwest2781 Take a lesson from Adventures of Shadow or Currently Rockhounding: be generous, share locations, and realize that God’s green earth is huge and there are plenty of rocks and locations for everyone. The stinginess is a bad look, brother.
@@tappintheamericanwest2781 Brother, I’ve been to so many sites that I found only because someone was generous on RUclips and shared the location. Upon arrival, such as Mammoth Creek east of Brianhead, or the Septarian beds at a muddy Creek north of Kanab, or Kyanite sites north of Yuma, etc., I found more material than I could even carry. The bottom line is that most people don’t have the ability or energy to even go look. Anyway, good luck with your channel. 😊
@@TheKimworldwide I don’t mind saying Utah or general counties but yah I won’t say exactly where as I like to be in nature alone.. I’ve got thousands I share photos with so it’s basically a megaphone.. I don’t particularly want 100s alt the least more like a thousand people or more exactly where I am🤔🤬
Too me some of the colorful ones look like Jagate... Jasper/Agate, 😉. Mostly Jasper...Very beautiful pieces. Are you willing to swap secret areas? I've got nice pieces I have tumbled & polished. I live in Utah.
If you can walk around where you are and not find beautiful rocks then you should actually be looking for something else.... my heads is always down looking and searching for my treasures.... you don't need the location just go exploring, especially in Utah its beautiful....
I’ve never understood people just smashing the rocks. To me they are worthless after that. Glass buttes was the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I look for pieces big enough to slab so that is my gripe

Another great day with cool finds!
A rock candy store ! What fun you are having out there. Thanks for sharing your venture with us !
@@jeytex3161 you’re absolutely welcome… I’m going to be adding more as not tomorrow but Friday and Saturday I’m heading to another area ❤️
Awesome jasper! Love the colors and flow banding 🎉
I found some red ones like that in Ogden once. Also discovered a hot spot next to the Ogden river, full of Indian Blanket Jasper.😍
Id love to know where! By the hotpots?
And also, if you know of any other spots to find stuff I'd love to know! Can't find anything about Northern Utah.

@@Charliegh_Rain I've heard there's Jasper just like the stuff I found, further up Ogden canyon, but I've never been there.
@@jasonhenderson5642 Go North! There's 'bacon' opal out that way.🤓 Might be on the Idaho side, but You can look into it further.
Holy crap! That one with the "regmaglypts" on the outside & crystals on the inside... 🤯
Another great day of rock hunting in Utah.
Wow! Gorgeous samples!
Beautiful rocks. I love the red jaspers-they are incredibly vivid there! I’m hoping to get to Utah next year sometime (Tennessee here). Subscribed! ❤

Pretty stone!
Looking real good there wish I could get some of them rocks hear in the uk, ps you need a bigger hammer 😂👍🙏
