@@seanroger6954 Absolutely.. what matters most is where you feel most comfortable investing , and where you feel you can get the best possible return. trading stocks help boost my finances, although it wasn’t all smooth I’ve had series of failed trades until recent years with trader Frost Hilda at the helm of my trades.
I've had very little success trading but I know long term investing is easier.

I Love this strategy! Its simple, quick and works. I’ve back-tested it on all my charts and if you keep the rules in mind you will see that it works over and over. When the chart fails the rules it often didnt work out - like he said in the video. Apply rules and win!

Hello, I am quite Interested in the Backtesting process. Did you just backtest it manually? Or is there software out there that is able to draw trendlines and understand impulsive moves? And/or is able to Implement those rules? Any chance you can point me to something? Thank you for your time.
@@tradicted You can manually backtest it. Just move the chart slowly manually as if it is running and backtest the strategy. I recommend taking the profits at 1 and not 1.6 as backtesting it works perfect.
Great video but I was confused with the plotting of the fibs is it not from SL to SH in a uptrend ,and from SH to SL in a downtrend???

This is my ultimate guide trade with fibonacci with valid confirmation, beforehand i 'll experience some bad trades due to unable to recognize invalid parameter in trading setup but with this video i'll recognize this potential to trade with, thanks again secret mind for invaluable lesson in this video, surely i'll apply this technique after some backtest.

Yeah, problem I always have is what is the chart doing before A - to the left of the chart? If you're looking at an Index, or many stocks, then that will be an uptrend, too - so suddenly you find you're on stage 5 and it's getting choppier and about to nosedive :)
I trade this system on all timeframes. The 1.272 (sqrt 1.618) and 1.414(sqrt 2) levels are excellent intermediate profit targets for traders wanting to scale out.

Usually price reverses at C before hitting the 1.618 level. So I short at the break out level B
I only know Elliott Wave analysis a bit, but i do know in a 5 wave pattern, the 3rd wave is the "nowhere to hide" wave that makes the biggest move.
I also know that in a 3 wave, each subwave consists of 3 sub waves, so A[abc] B[abc] C[abc]. If you measure the Aa wave, there is a chance that the end of the A wave will be at 1.618 extension of the Aa wave, and the end of the C at the 2.618 extension. So a 3 wave retracement after a 5 wave has 2 candidates for support & restance at the Aa wave extensions 1.618 and 2.618.

Hi, can I ask why on some price action, price only retraces to the 50 fib level and create the C line on that level but still manages to break through the 1 line and even reaches the 1.68 level?

hey man i gave you a bad review on the CPR video but this one is actually very helpful for beginner trader (and any trader) , amazing work! it's really all what is important to trading, there is a trend, a break of the trend, and one want to buy after confirmation of the break in a interesting place. Your strategy is about "buying the red" which should always be the case! never buy a big ass green candle out of fomo ! talking to beginners : Don't forget that most "noobs" will buy the breakout as a fomo strategy , but ppl doing this strategy will maximize return because of a way better R:R ratio. I could argue that usually fib ext is the distance between A and B and then apply with C as starting point, or that you should take into account the volatility of the asset traded (with ATR for example) to set the stoploss and not use the 23.6% but i mean that's just preferences. Great work man!

First time hearing .been hopping around many ytube videos. I took screenshot of the comment. Too .for notes..I don't have a job so I think this system is suitable for me. Swing trading. Taking a slow steady pace 👌 as a beginner .I don't want to rush.been scammed many times.still trying to find a. I get always confused when to enter in trade after trend line breakout and where to book profit or stoploss, I use to wait for retest or pullback but now I got it how much pullback for highest probability setup. So now it's simple, let trend line break, wait for 50% retracement. Today going for back test. Thank you.
how was the backtest?
@@gilles5309 Sometimes times it did not pulled back at all, sometimes 30% retracement was seen and sometimes even upto 66% but whenever it was 50% that gave a huge profit. It's all probability game and money management. None of the strategy ll work if your money management is bad.

Yep, Romanian :). I would suggest starting implementing divergences at S/R (as leading signals). And the goal, as you gain experience, is to find your own style, to see which tools you like, you understand, which trading approach suits you.

It's the same.
The problem with all trendline based systems is that trendlines are very subjective. Everyone draws them differently. So the question is: is there an objective way to draw trendlines?
Yes, there is. While drawing trendlines could be quite subjective professional traders see drawing trendlines like setting stops. You have certain rules that indicate where to place your stops. Some rules for drawing trendlines are
- Draw trendlines through conjested areas
- Connect lower lows to Higher Lows and HH to LH
- Do not connect price extremes together when drawing trendlines
If thats not good enough you can use Envelopes and Linear Regression channels. Where LR trendlines are based on the mean of the number of candlesticks included in the lookback period. Plus even moving averages are subjective. How do you know what period moving average to apply to your chart? Well that depends on your trading system.

the setup is valid if the trendline break breaks market structure. so it's easier to look for a market structure shift i.e from downtrend to uptrend and vice versa

it can also be used as a take profit strategy, lets say your are a trend follower trader, you get into a trend when to get out? usually ppl said at the break of the trend but this is actually better, you could take partial profit on break and then the rest on the retest of the 50% pullback
