Thom, regarding multiple devices, what are your thoughts about just using screen mirroring as a way to replicate the experience of having two screens? I realize it’s a bit of a pain, but maybe the best hack if someone doesn’t have access to another device?
By screen mirroring do you mean using the projector screen as a 2nd monitor? Yeah I think that could work. I always ran into issues trying to move windows from my laptop to the projector screen being that the resolution of the project is so low that the square I was trying to move my window into was so small! Also, with Zoom, the dual monitor feature if finicky at best. Even on my dual monitor setup at home, whenever I start screen sharing, I don't know where my main controls will go; sometimes they stay on my main screen, sometimes they move to my 2nd screen; it's not intuitive and I imagine the workflow has even more friction when it's between your computer and your projector.
