[NO Butter, NO Flour] Garlic Soup and Croutons Recipe, Easy but Really Delicious :: Vegetable Soup

I made garlic soup with vegetables commonly found at home.
Usually, when making soup, butter and flour are added for flavor.
Omit to make it healthier,
It's made in a different way, and it's really creamy and delicious.
Garlic has the properties of warming the body.
I think it would be really good to eat it as a soup like this in the cold winter.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[Serves 4-5 people]
✤ Ingredients
- 60g(17-20pieces) Garlic
- 219g, 1 Medium size onion
- 140g, 1 Green onion
- 350g 2 Medium-sized potatoes (weight before peeling)
- 50ml Olive oil (when stir-frying vegetables)
- 100ml Heavy cream
- 350ml Water (or chicken broth, vegetable broth)
- 16g(1Tbsp) Chicken stock
- 3-4 Pinches of salt
- A little pepper powder
✤ Croutons
- Baguette (can be use toast bread)
- Olive Oil
- Parsley (optional)
✤ TIP
- You can use minced garlic instead of whole garlic (just use fresh ones)

Ngl I was sceptical about how good it was gonna be, and halfway in I started panicking that it wouldn’t be good at all. To my surprise, it was absolutely delicious.
The soup might taste like mashed potatoes but that’s because you need to add more salt. I swear it made all the difference.
This was done first try, 10/10 would recommend. Pretty filling and looked great!
