FIRST LOOK: The New York Premiere of Collective Rage: A Play in 5 Betties

Playwright Jen Silverman, director Mike Donahue, and the cast of Collective Rage: A Play in 5 Betties dish on the upcoming Off-Broadway premiere from MCC Theater. In Silverman's new comedy, five women collide at the intersection of rage, love, and the theatre, provoking each other to take a look in the mirror and face the person they didn’t know they could be.
The cast is made up of Emmy winner Dana Delany, Obie winner Lea DeLaria, Indecent's Adina Verson, On Your Feet!'s Ana Villafañe, and Fifty Shades of Black's Chaunté Wayans.
Collective Rage: A Play in 5 Betties will begin performances August 16 at the Lucille Lortel Theatre ahead of a September 12 opening.
