I'm a Newcastle fan and I think trippier isn't a bad player but he can't play on the left, especially with no support. He 33 and isn't as physical. Kane has been terrible as has walker. We have young talent on the bench who would've done a better job! The further we go the more Southgate keeps his job. We have been very lucky.

England has three forward players in the starting lineup that all come to feet and never make runs in behind: Foden, Kane, and Bellingham.
And we looked stronger when Kane and Foden came off.
Trippier is an absolute waste of space, look at his half hearted attempt on their goal. Brings nothing in either direction, Gordon would be perfect in that position. Trent not getting game time in a back five is ridiculous.
Trippier was being played out of position AGAIN! Tbh he was playing higher up the pitch while kane was defending! Trippier gets no support on the left, he doesn't have the legs anymore. Our only LW was on the bench and only played 3 mins in this tournament! Tbh I want Gordon to leave aswell as the other talents being disrespected by that idiot of a manager! How kane is still in that team is disgusting!

Trent wasn't getting starts under Southgate when he was the best rightback on the planet. When you look at career stats (and trophies) between Trippier and Trent, its ridiculous that Trippier has nearly double the caps, and two thirds of Trent's caps are from the bench.

When Gary Linker and others say Kane needs to do this and that, its not because he's a young , novice when he;s learning the game, its because he is not doing what the Kane of old used to do. Kane is either carrying an injury or he does not want his none lack of pace exposed. This is the Ronaldo situation. If England are to win, they can not carry prisoners. They have much better player in Oli who can run behind, work the channels and also drop to collect and bring others to play. Kane is doing nothing. He's only effective if the team is high up and he can get in the box. Drop him or you will not win the trophy. Be brave and drop a name, which is all he is right now. He offers very little to this team. England would have won in normal time without him. Give a chance to the better players on the bench and if they can't do it, bring Kane on as a sub, impact when you have the whole team pushing up. As an isolated player, he is nothing.

What I thought was VERY telling was when Bellingham thought he was being subbed off and instantly he KNEW they got it wrong and it wasn’t him.
It’s almost like Bellingham, Kane and Foden have all been told that they WON’T be subbed off during 90 mins of play.
The way Bellingham just flat out refused to believe he was being subbed, in fact he didn’t even look over at the subs board because he knew it weren’t him..
That’s worrying, then 3 seem to have a free pass. It’s almost like they can play as bad as they want and they know they’re not being substituted, it’s awful.
Southgate doesn’t seem to have the bottle to drop his key players when they’re underperforming.

Suthgate messed up in the euro final against Italy.Nothing convinces me that he has learned properly from that in tthis tournament.Ok we might again scrape through to this final with Southgates one goal shot in 90 minutes team but that record will definately not work if we get there.We will never win anything with southgate in charge
