Curious. Since the sport is so popular why don't all the teams in the top division have 70k plus stadiums? You look at the NFL and they have every team with almost 70k except a few. Especially given the age and lack of amenities and revenue generating luxury suites in many. And as much as we hate corporate seats it's a league with unlimited spending so the more you can fleece corporates the more you can pay in salaries. And some of these stadium sizes are just 5k or 10k more than the capacity of the MLS stadiums and those are built small on purpose so they don't look silly in a with 20k in a 70k NFL stadium full of empty seats on tv. That makes for a bad image on tv.
Several reasons:
1. The US has 32 teams in the NFL, in the UK football system there are 92 teams in the football league.
2. Population, the population in the US is 300+ million to England’s 50 million.
3. Some of these stadiums are over 100 years old, and the level of money in the NFL in terms of ownership has only flowed in during the last 15-20 years or so.
4. A lot of stadiums in the UK are in built up areas, meaning to find a new stadium they would have to find a site outside the area the club is based in, this would result in what we call “soulless bowl arenas” without much character or history that you would have to drive to reach. A lot of UK fans get to the game via public transport and have a few beers.
NFL is a smaller sport than football. There’s not as many clubs to choose from. There’s a multitude of reasons but none of those are reasons that a simpleton like yourself would understand
Because our sport are not bombarded with ad-breaks.
@@mec_473 oh no! We have ad-breaks at half time when everyone goes to get a snack or have a piss! What a shame. I’m sure you do too.
The main reason is *Promotion -Relegation* system.
Here, a small town club with better team, can be promoted to Premier League.

素晴らしいスタジアムばかり。
ですが、残念な事に戦争してしまっているロシアの素晴らしいスタジアム達は除外。戦争しているから当然とはいえ本当に美しいスタジアムがロシアにはあります。
TopSpur?whats that??
