I disagree with two things 1. I think seeing atriox beat chief in a fight was pretty cool. Chief in the games at least has almost never lost a fight (not counting the didact cause 1 chief won but also the didact had bs telekinesis powers) , the dudes always won. Having him lose adds a sense of risk “like oh shit chief isn’t always unstoppable, this atriox guy is gonna be a really serious threat and tough fight, someone who is on chiefs level” GRANTED, it would’ve worked more if atriox was the actual villain. It would’ve been like in Devil May Cry when Dante, who is almost unstoppable, gets his shit kicked in for once during the beginning of DMC5. That and I don’t think having slightly more female characters in the spotlight is crazy. Halos always had female characters that could kick ass especially in extended universe shit like in the books and stuff. While im tired of the whole cortana and chief story and I think cortana becoming a villain is completely dumb, seeing chicks be in position of power in the games i dont think is dumb or woke especially when there have been just as many male character in the spotlight throughout halo if not more. I agree with everything besides the opening scene to Halo Infinite. I would never expect Chief to just outright win against Atriox -- especially when caught off guard in the middle of a ship raid. Could things be written differently? Sure, but it would either play out a similar way, or you'd be writing a scenario way out of character for Atriox. It seems you are continuing to expect a flawless and impregnable spartan story with the equivalent of a Marvel movie script. I'm not saying 343's writing is good, but trying to beat down a decent scene because "Spartan big" is one of the worst takes I've seen.
I'm not sure if I want to give halo infinite another chance considering that 343i has continually failed the halo community for over a decade as well as in recent times even though they're trying to "fix" or work on content for infinite that's long overdue and should've been shipped with the content we have now at launch. Whatever the reasoning may be, this is completely unacceptable and embarrassing of what 343i and Microsoft's management treated the halo franchise. I'm not saying that I hate 343i as whole or it's frontline workers that help create the game since they have little to do with this negative ordeal, it's the fact that the management of 343i and Microsoft pushed to make infinite a live service game that entails egregiously expensive cosmetics/battle passes and a very underwhelming update roadmap that doesn't seem promising to a veteran halo fan nor is it on schedule definitely. To conclude, I find myself extremely unlikely to give them another chance since they had 2 games in the span of over a decade before halo infinite's release to learn from their failures. I also feel that a good majority of consumers that are easily susceptible to modern trends and the such are part to blame for this since they are contributing into big first and third party video game corporations destroying the image of what games used to be genuinely fun in their own ways, instead a game that begs for your wallet suggesting that you haven't paid enough for this game to be fun. This is one of the biggest reasons why I have doubts of 343i and Microsoft's management not catering to pre-existing fans anymore nor their capability to keeping fans happy and the consistency of halo infinite's roadmap content.

Man just give me stable halo infinite. Halo Infinite just crashes now on RX 7900 XT and RX 6700 XT since season 3 update. So I had to use a RTX 3070. Surround sound haa gotten worse also. It's even harder to hear enemies near you or right behind you. It just sounds like they are far away.

@@megaman37456 Yeah I kinda messed up. I should of said 5 - infinite. Halo 4 isn't to bad and I do still play it from time to time. 5 is just god awful though and cortana becoming the villian just ruined everything. The game play was good like you said but the story was no bueno.

I disagree with two things 1. I think seeing atriox beat chief in a fight was pretty cool. Chief in the games at least has almost never lost a fight (not counting the didact cause 1 chief won but also the didact had bs telekinesis powers) , the dudes always won. Having him lose adds a sense of risk “like oh shit chief isn’t always unstoppable, this atriox guy is gonna be a really serious threat and tough fight, someone who is on chiefs level” GRANTED, it would’ve worked more if atriox was the actual villain. It would’ve been like in Devil May Cry when Dante, who is almost unstoppable, gets his shit kicked in for once during the beginning of DMC5.
That and I don’t think having slightly more female characters in the spotlight is crazy. Halos always had female characters that could kick ass especially in extended universe shit like in the books and stuff. While im tired of the whole cortana and chief story and I think cortana becoming a villain is completely dumb, seeing chicks be in position of power in the games i dont think is dumb or woke especially when there have been just as many male character in the spotlight throughout halo if not more. Now if every halo going forward is just constantly all women then sure. That and halos always had a pretty diverse cast. So idk where the whole forced diversity thing comes from in this community

I really like the editing style in this video. The transitions, on screen text effects and the pacing really elevate the whole thing. I don't agree with everything you have presented here but this is really well done. If only other Halo youtubers put in as much effort to their videos!
I agree with everything besides the opening scene to Halo Infinite.
I would never expect Chief to just outright win against Atriox -- especially when caught off guard in the middle of a ship raid. Could things be written differently? Sure, but it would either play out a similar way, or you'd be writing a scenario way out of character for Atriox.
It seems you are continuing to expect a flawless and impregnable spartan story with the equivalent of a Marvel movie script. I'm not saying 343's writing is good, but trying to beat down a decent scene because "Spartan big" is one of the worst takes I've seen.
I'm not sure if I want to give halo infinite another chance considering that 343i has continually failed the halo community for over a decade as well as in recent times even though they're trying to "fix" or work on content for infinite that's long overdue and should've been shipped with the content we have now at launch. Whatever the reasoning may be, this is completely unacceptable and embarrassing of what 343i and Microsoft's management treated the halo franchise. I'm not saying that I hate 343i as whole or it's frontline workers that help create the game since they have little to do with this negative ordeal, it's the fact that the management of 343i and Microsoft pushed to make infinite a live service game that entails egregiously expensive cosmetics/battle passes and a very underwhelming update roadmap that doesn't seem promising to a veteran halo fan nor is it on schedule definitely.
To conclude, I find myself extremely unlikely to give them another chance since they had 2 games in the span of over a decade before halo infinite's release to learn from their failures. I also feel that a good majority of consumers that are easily susceptible to modern trends and the such are part to blame for this since they are contributing into big first and third party video game corporations destroying the image of what games used to be genuinely fun in their own ways, instead a game that begs for your wallet suggesting that you haven't paid enough for this game to be fun. This is one of the biggest reasons why I have doubts of 343i and Microsoft's management not catering to pre-existing fans anymore nor their capability to keeping fans happy and the consistency of halo infinite's roadmap content.
Yeah 343 recently had a full makeover so technically the team that made halo infinite and the last two seasons of the multiplayer are gone . And recently we have been getting more content than the last two years these last several months

Man just give me stable halo infinite. Halo Infinite just crashes now on RX 7900 XT and RX 6700 XT since season 3 update. So I had to use a RTX 3070. Surround sound haa gotten worse also. It's even harder to hear enemies near you or right behind you. It just sounds like they are far away.

I think that microsoft invested way too much money and contract people for halo infinite. I really don't get why this franchise is going downhill even though it shouldn't be performing like this at it's current state if it weren't for things almost always foreshadowing something next. This is very sad and unfortunate to see and hear about.
I’m pretty sure 343 were doin all the hiring. Microsoft’s jus allows the contractor policy. 343 were obviously abusing it because they have to many useless staff in house.

If its not making money, has a low player count and constant staffing issues, the franchise is probably a lot less lucrative to them than it was in 2011. Having made destiny 1 & 2, they would be pretty much ready to create a modern day true halo sequel.
