- Mechstermination Force (Contra x Colossus) All Bosses (No Damage, No Power Ups). Played by Arek The Dragon. It's an action game for Switch from Bertil Hörberg, head of Swedish indie studio Hörberg Productions the creator of the Gunman Clive series. Battle against giant bosses by picking at their weak points with multiple guns and a bat!
A very hard boss run I promised not long ago. This is a fun game which is best described as a mix of Contra, Shadow of the Colossus and Gunstar Heroes (seriously, final boss is basically a cross between Golden Silver and Seven Force). It was made by creators of Gunman Clive dilogy and I recommend you to play it if you have Nintendo Switch.
Overall, this was a very difficult challenge to attempt. On top of perfecting each boss I decided to use only the default weapon which made many of the battles even harder. Well, I hope you like this video. I will rest from making hardcore videos for some time now but I have couple of interesting games I might record later.
Arek The Dragon this channel and your runs are always a joy to watch, it always help to see how to optimise the boss patterns of any given game.

Anyone who can successfully pull off a No Damage boss run with the default weapon deserves SERIOUS credit. I’m now torn between who’s the better player: you or Gellot.
@@zacharyjoy8724 To be honest, I like to think that it was me and Shadowserg who inspired Gellot to make his own boss runs. Don't know if it's actually true but he was a longtime active member on our forum and started recording videos when he still visited. As for who's better player... Well, being obviously biased I can't answer that question. Besides, we rarely tackle same games so it's not easy to compare our skills.)

Seven seconds in, and it's already just you and your convenient plot armor against point-blank missile explosions and giant robots.
Don't forget the red glowing weakpoints. It wouldn't be a giant enemy robot without a glowing red weakpoint.

That’s the best thing about being the star of the show; you get BS plot armor that allows you to just say “NO!” to damage!

If it was a movie...screenwriters are going to have a field day.
I gotta give the devs credit: the boss mechanics for each fight are pretty varied and quite good. Can't just run-and-gun. Gotta be strategic and patient.

Cuphead wasnt even hard. People over react. It wasnt easy either but I never felt over whelmed with Cuphead.

The game looks fun and challenging, but... the music... is just terrible and generic.
Will the mighty "Fils-A-Mech" be added as a DLC boss?
the overall music and most of the SFX kill it for me personally. all of the sounds from the robot's footsteps and projectile shots seem way too soft and almost innocent for a game like this, especially when one of the cores is destroyed... that could be changed to something at least a little more explosive in my own opinion.

Early in the fight against MechaManX3: boy, I’m glad it’s actually an unfeeling machine, otherwise I’d be feeling REALLY sorry for “him”.
I mean, you destroy its head, split it in half, split those halves in half...
If whoever made the mechs had more time, you'd be fighting its fingers and toes individually.
Of course, I'm 69% percent sure its a "She" after the first few moments.
One of the most important questions for games like this is: does this have co-op??
And if so how many players does it support?

Yes it has couch co op I believe and it's 2 players.
I'm really liking all of these boss battles, they're all seem really fun and creative.
What it really ruins for me are the designs of these bosses, they're all just plainly generic :/ they should have went with a Metal Slug vibe.
The battles may have been not as creative but at least i remember and recognize every of their charismatic bosses, instead of "generic robot tank" or "generic giant robot man"
The music doesn't help that much either
Man, this ain't metal slug, but it is still a great game that deserves more recognition
It's not metal slug, but it really has a Contra III inspiration to it, so it should have taken some inspiration about Metal Slug's charisma.
For now it's just another average indie game that is fun to play, nothing to be mad about.

I like Contra Hardcorps for 360 but thought it was getting a little to cartoonish similar to this. I'd like another Shattered Soldier or Neo Contra. Still a Contra game though so if I ever get a Switch I'll try it.

Woah! The game is Awesome but the music Needs a lot of Improvement. It makes it sound like a Flash Game when it´s really action Packed and full of fun moments.
