A simple recipe for a traditional fruitcake with dried fruit. A recipe that always works.

Ingredients:
500g of wheat flour + 1 tablespoon of dried fruit
250g butter or margarine
200g of sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 pack (16g) of vanilla sugar)
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of milk
30-50 ml of rum
250g of dried fruit
FROSTING
1 cup of powdered sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon + 2 tablespoons of water
