Yes, I've just noticed they are doing that. They shouldn't have to justify the fact they like wearing fake tan. Although it does stop lots of those silly comments as she said. PEOPLE have right to better themselves, it's just like changing your hair colour, wearing make up, following fashion. Who doesn't want to look there best. Really enjoyed her review she sounds Aussie: )

I'm so glad you no longer bake yourself outside all day. I used to do that and use tanning beds, last summer I was diagnosed with stage one melanoma because of those things

My cousin was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma 3 weeks ago it's a scary thing. Hers is all internal so she didn't know until all of a sudden her speech & brain weren't functioning correctly & they found 7 brain tumors & it is throughout her entire body & she only tanned in a bed for a couple of years but it was more than enough. Its terrifying

Amen - The Faux Tan for the body is pretty much the same as the Faux Tan Face (there's only a few different ingredients) I just stick with buying the body version and it works fine on the face! :)

why apologize? we, pale girls, like to be tanned, cause tanned skin looks more flawless. tanned body looks healthier and more attractive. and as long as it doesn't damage your health you should do whatever you like!

A1977ification Especially as we get older, a spray tan covers up varicose veins and stretch marks, etc. I am also as white as “paper”, so a fake tan looks so luxurious. People who have nice tanned skin don’t realize how fortunate they are.

***** It is quite common in Asia to find skin-lightening products on the market, but unlike self-tanners, I think lightening products can actually hurt your skin... I mean, you can research it.. Just be careful...

I've used the Faux Tan face by bareminerals and i absolutely love it ! I self-tan with loving tan's (2h express or ultra dark bronzing mouse) product too and i don't put it on my face because i have dry skin and dry patches and i'm scared that it will stick to it and look crazy. I use the Faux tan face and it match perfectly with my tan. I don't look orange and it doesn't look fake. Normally, I'll exfoliate, wait for 30 min, and apply it with my hands like a lotion. You get an instant bronzed look but I prefer to apply it at night, let it develops during night, wash my face the next morning and apply moisturizer. If my body's really tan, i will apply another layer the same day. It will last about 3-4 days before it starts to fade on me. Hope it helps xx

I'm super pale naturally too, but I love to fake tan in the summer. Pale skin is gorgeous, but I just like to change it up. I do the same thing with my hair, nails, makeup and clothes. Why not my skin? It's good to have a variety to keep things fresh. At least for me. :)

I hate how people are so judgmental/against self tanner. I have fair skin but I freckle in the sun and I love it. I embrace my natural color all year long except in the summer I do like to look tan. I live at the beach and I love to lay out and freckle a bit but if I lay out to long I burn easily. I would rather look tan with the use of fake tanner than achieve a tan through constantly exposing my vulnerable skin to harmful UV Rays. People should really just chill. Even if a person can get tan in the sun, they can use fake tanning products to avoid getting skin cancer. It's a thing. People use it. Get over it. (:

beccs5050 Because it truly damaged my skin. I would tan all the time in the sun when I was a teenager. And when I was graduating highschool and my first year of college or so I went to the tanning salon all the time. And I see skin damage from that. It also damaged/lightened some of my tattoos.

If you're wearing a self tanner and you lay out in the sun, will you naturally still get tan (like so your a little tanner even when the self tanner goes away) or does the tanner block you skin from getting naturally tan? Also, does it mess up the tan to put sunscreen over it? Thanks! I've never self tanned before, but I'd love to try it

Valerie Lyons I self tan all the time, did this past friday, and I was out in the sun saturday and got burnt. Self tan basically dyes your skin and has no spf in it. You can get tan with a self tanner on and it will actually make your tan look darker and more natural, hope this helps!
I've been self tanning for like 5 years...I think it prevents you from getting a tan. Cuz since it stains you're body rebuilds your skin a little bit faster..so any tan skin will basically just fall off if you think about it 😂😂
You could still get a tan from laying out in the sun so long as the self tanner that you use doesn't have any SPF in it (I think the Jergens lotion has or did have spf). Hope that helps!

Never done it, but someone told me to use a hair band to tie the tanning glove to a spatula for your back! Hope that helps :)

Every youtuber I've seen that uses Loving Tan looks super blotchy! I bought Loving Tan when I first heard of it and it was so horrible on me. Splotchy and fades horribly. I couldn't get it off, and I refused to go in public because it was so bad!

Never done it, but someone told me to use a hair band to tie the tanning glove to a spatula for your back! Hope that helps :)
