If you look _real_ close, you'll see the 'vette start going into his lane just as he pulls out. I'm sure the little old lady thought she could intimidate Mr. F, that's probably why she started to change lanes. However, as you pointed out, he didn't even come close to a complete stop. So, where does the 'blame' lie? I'd say a good 40% or more with Mr. F. Had he come to a complete stop, he'd have seen the vette changing lanes, and even though I think the lane change was done on purpose, he still would have seen it happening, and not pulled out. I believe the corvette to be in the middle lane changing to the right lane as he pulls out. Because Mr F doesn't take the time to look closer, he might've missed an indicator(which we obv cant see due to quality and the little time he took to look at the traffic coming). There's only 6 seconds between pulling out and her passing. 7-8 seconds if you include the short time before he pulls out & can see the corv. If she wasn't going a hundred miles an hour in a 45 mile per hour Zone she would have been fine. Regardless of whether I fully committed to the stop at the stop sign makes no difference because I was already in the lane and I was holding the lane. Moto Valor may have thought he was just being nice, but people like this are COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that they are choosing to put the crossers, themselves, and others on that street at risk. There are reasons why right-of-way works the way it does. Moto Valor may have thought he was just being nice, but people like this are COMPLETELY ignoring the fact that they are choosing to put the crossers, themselves, and others on that street at risk. You do not just stop in the middle of the road to let controlled cross-traffic go. The entire point is for them to cross when no vehicles are present, to avoid impeding traffic, to avoid rear-end collisions on an un-intersected road.

She backed up at a stop before a line of traffic, accidentally hit the bikers fender, realized she cant go another direction via reverse, pulls into traffic to exit through parking lot, biker pulls behind her and sits there, she likely assumes it was close but all g as hes not confronting her so she pulls off to go her other route
