I like the looks of this exhaust better than some of the other aftermarket ones. This one looks like it came from the factory with it. It doesn’t look out-of-place, like some of the others. Sounds great, too.
Sharp looking bike man, it looks and sounds awesome. I bought my Vulcan S cafe edition last Spring and I absolutely love it! I added a two brothers racing full exhaust with a power commander and some viking saddlebags. It looks great and with the TBR exhaust it sounds like a total BEAST.
Sounds good, I wouldn't run it that hard with only 82 miles on it, if I'am reading your OD properly Lol. Looking to get a different Model of the Delkavic, better priced than some of the competition and looks Stock as well, with a better than stock sound.
bike is hot ? or cold? sounds like high rpm's is that how they sound when they warm? Did you had stock exhaust before? or you bought this bike used with that exhaust already installed? I'm looking to get my first bike and I love this Vulcan S but I'm not sure if a stock pipe is loud enough to let cars know that I'm nearby or maybe they don't hear the bike at all even when he idle on red light......
Hi Amit! It sounds awesome!! I'm considering replacing it on my Vulcan S too. One question please: does the change of the exhaust system modify the fuel consumption too ?
Amit Dadlaney Thanks a lot for your reply, man! I was about to order the kit today :) but I wanted to know for sure if a fuel controller is needed after installing this exhaust because that would increase the costs pretty much
florin simion I've had it on the bike for months now without a controller. If you leave the baffle in then you shouldn't need a tune. If you remove the baffle then I'd suggest a tune.
Sounds much better than stock, new mirrors and a tail tidy next? Always wear ear plugs, at 30 mph you will loose 0.5% of your hearing every hour . And it has nothing to do with how loud your exhaust is, my best friend is same age as me we bin Riding same amount of time, I have always used plugs he hasn't, I have hearing like a bat, he is a deff as a post.
kencolle1 I think you'll be super pleased with your decision. I'd recommend leaving the silencer in at first to test it out. Then remove it. I'd be interested to hear what it sounds like.
Hey man, nice video, ty. Can you tell me please, what exactly is the model of exhaust you got? I not only like the sound but the look is awesome, especially with the ceramic dip. 'Preciate it.
the bike auto adjusts idle based on engine temp. so when the bike first starts up it usually idles around 2k but when it as at prime temp it will idle at 1k. on super cold days iv seen mine ramp up to 3k for a few seconds when first starting... then slowly back off from 2500 to 1k
The booster plug will do away with the harsh engine breaking. Without putting on an aftermarket exhaust. Took care of all my complaints. Next I'll be putting on my exhaust still haven't decided which one to get delkevic or two Brothers.
Puig makes a small profile windshield that's bigger than the cafe, but not so big that it sticks out like a sore thumb like the Kawasaki ones do. It costs about $150 and works well if you wear a full face helmet. You'll probably get a lot of wind noise otherwise.
Amit Dadlaney they run lean from factory. its what these engines like. you could tune it out tho, it might lose a tiny amount of punch but get better mpg's (once you get past the admiring my new exhaust stage lol)
Amit Dadlaney... my son and I AR trying to get the end cap off after we took the 2 bolts out of it we could see that the baffle was loose but would not come out. I guess I'll take the muffler back off and see if I can run a broomstick up through there to knock it out. I bought the bullnose love the sound. Thanks for your help.
Lol just making sure .... Looking at getting a Vulcan ... Good for 2 people doing 75? ... I live in Pahrump and go to Vegas alot don't want some slow as bike xD
Never consider a Delkevic for my Vulcan s. Looking for an exhaust to put on. Was checking out two brothers but I really like how your exhaust sound and looks. Matte too. If anyone can share their reviews on both exhaust companies, that would much appreciated. Thanks for the vid!
mrivera914 i have the tbr exhaust and its loud too.. they are both loud and both have a similar sound. the delk is a bit of a higher tone than the tbr imho but the sound of accel and engine braking is fantastic once you get used to the noise level. only reason i went with 2 bros was bcus ive never heard of this other brand before.. honestly i dont think you'll be disappointed either way
I like the looks of this exhaust better than some of the other aftermarket ones.

Same setup I'm doing!
Love it. And to see it ceramic coated fits the scheme i want on mine. Bravo sir.
This is the video that convinced me to go with Delkevic! Nice sound! Which size muffler did you go with?
I believe it was the 3 inch
Sound from the gods👊🏼
I like this exhaust better then the two brothers exhaust tbh. Sounds real mean
That sounds mean! I love it
you've now made my choice more difficult! thanks!haha!

Oh shit, nevermind man, sorry, I just saw the link above for the website. Thanks!

Hi Amit! It sounds awesome!! I'm considering replacing it on my Vulcan S too. One question please: does the change of the exhaust system modify the fuel consumption too ?
florin simion I haven't seen a huge change in fuel consumption. I do however believe the bike runs a little lean. Will be getting a dyno tune soon.
Amit Dadlaney Thanks a lot for your reply, man! I was about to order the kit today :) but I wanted to know for sure if a fuel controller is needed after installing this exhaust because that would increase the costs pretty much

Nice!

Awesome nice video question about the cafe shield do you notice a difference while riding in terms of the wind or is it mainly for looks?
Khaled Elsafy I do notice a margin of improvement. a full windscreen would be ideal but the cafe helps .
Sounds awesome. Wish they made an exhaust that sounds like that only not as loud ;-)
Thomas R. Smith I removed my baffle that was inside of it. You can quiet it more if you leave it in.
Sounds pretty good!
this is a 410 long muffler there is a 550 which i assume is a little quieter.
Amit Dadlaney Did you like the sound with the baffle installed? Did it have a throaty sound, but not as loud?
removed the baffle the second I got it.
that sounds great! I was actually looking at the eight inch carbon mini from delkevic but now I'm not sure.really Diggin that slash cut.
kencolle1 i am super pleased with the look and sound of the slash cut.
I just ordered this today..i decided on this over the carbon mini thanks to your video!
kencolle1 I think you'll be super pleased with your decision. I'd recommend leaving the silencer in at first to test it out. Then remove it. I'd be interested to hear what it sounds like.
kencolle1 do you need to use ear plugs with the baffles in?
Hey man, nice video, ty. Can you tell me please, what exactly is the model of exhaust you got? I not only like the sound but the look is awesome, especially with the ceramic dip. 'Preciate it.
quicksilver40 Full System to fit Vulcan S EN650A (2015-2017) with Slash Cut Tip and Stainless Steel 2-1 Headers
COM380G
Amit Dadlaney i
You should adjust your idle speed to 1000 rpm will save much more fuel and will sound even lower .
the bike auto adjusts idle based on engine temp. so when the bike first starts up it usually idles around 2k but when it as at prime temp it will idle at 1k. on super cold days iv seen mine ramp up to 3k for a few seconds when first starting... then slowly back off from 2500 to 1k
Cool, thanks for sharing.
Did the baffle come with the exhaust or separate?
There are currently 5 different options from Delkevic exhaust, which one is yours?
What the heck happened 1:50-1:53? Camera made the bike look like it was falling haha just me?
Really
Nope I smoked the same...! Lol
RUclips auto stabilization it looks like, pretty crappy software
How much did they charge you for that ceramic coating? I just ordered one and I think yours looks a lot better painted than the stock.
SilasMontgommeri $180. I agree, couldn't deal with the chrome on a matte black bike.
Amit Dadlaney Oh not too bad. I actually just looked at my order and realized it's the 14" not the 21" like yours. Quite a bit less chrome on it.
SilasMontgommeri mines the shorter one.
Do you still have the bike? Would you be willing to do a fly-by video if so? Sounds awesome!
Unfortunately I don't have the bike. Upgraded to a Indian scout bobber
Good Sound
Did this get exhaust get rid of the horrible engine braking of the stock exhaust
A little bit. Probably not really. Bike has horrible engine breaking. But it does making it sound awesome.
The booster plug will do away with the harsh engine breaking. Without putting on an aftermarket exhaust. Took care of all my complaints. Next I'll be putting on my exhaust still haven't decided which one to get delkevic or two Brothers.
@amit dadlaney did you have to buy anything else when you put the exhaust on? Any remapping or rejetting? And did you do a dyno test?
Jordan Ramirez didn't buy anything else. I suspect though it was running a little lean. I would suggest tuning it eventually.
do you use ear plugs when the baffles are in?
Did that windscreen help at all?
A little. With the size, it would only be effective at higher speeds. More for looks .
did you purchase the exhaust in matte black or did you do that your self?
Dave Jimenez it came in chrome. took it to a shop to get ceramic coated.
how much of a difference did the windscreen make with the wind hitting your chest? i want one but $400 is kinda steep
MonstaFreak13 it's better than nothing. not as good as a full shield. But I bought it more for looks.
Puig makes a small profile windshield that's bigger than the cafe, but not so big that it sticks out like a sore thumb like the Kawasaki ones do. It costs about $150 and works well if you wear a full face helmet. You'll probably get a lot of wind noise otherwise.
Did you have to tune it with a Powercommander or did you just swap exhausts?
i just swapped the exhaust. i do have a feeling that it is running a little lean. i might so a PC soon.
Amit Dadlaney they run lean from factory. its what these engines like. you could tune it out tho, it might lose a tiny amount of punch but get better mpg's (once you get past the admiring my new exhaust stage lol)
Is this louder than the dan moto
Is this the 410mm or 550mm version of the exhaust?
410mm
the 550 goes right up next to the bobbin mounts
Is the cafe windscreen the genuine Kawi one?
Where did you get the exhaust of $200? I only see it for $369.95 on that link.
Thomas R. Smith I got it ceramic coated for $200
I will buy next week for my new vulcan s 2018, but I cant find in black...do you know why?...
Thx & Regardsd
Juan Garcia I believe 2015 was the last year of the all matte black.
Amit Dadlaney thx mate
How did you take the baffle out I just got mine yesterday?
There is a bolt on the bottom near the rear of the exhaust. Just take that off and the slide rear off that's after the carbon fiber ring.
Thanks for your help.
do you think this is louder than two brothers exhaust?
With the baffle taken out, yes this is louder.
is this red Rock loop in Vegas.... almost certain it is . nice vids man
mick zulyevic sure is
Lol just making sure .... Looking at getting a Vulcan ... Good for 2 people doing 75? ... I live in Pahrump and go to Vegas alot don't want some slow as bike xD
mick zulyevic haven't rode with 2 people since it doesn't have a rear seat. it shouldl get the job done.
Awesome thanks man !
Did you get a power commander ?
Kenley Powell I have not.
Jus want to confirm, you removed the baffle or you didn't?
Jesse Antonio I did remove it.
Amit Dadlaney is it much louder with it off? Do you prefer it baffle-less?
Jesse Antonio I figure go big or go home. I wanted it loud as possible so people can hear me.
Amit Dadlaney I hear that. I don't mind it loud as long as it's deep as well. From the video it sounds like both. I wish it came in black!
Jesse Antonio agreed. but it was $180 or $200 to get it ceramic coated. definitely worth it.
What kind of camera are you using to record?
Miguel Becerra GoPro hero 3 black
Great quality. Might have to start vlogging my vulcan soon!
Did you just rattle can the delkevic?
david hong no. I took it to a shop to get ceramic coated.
Does it eliminate the catalytic converter ?
Yes
Amit Dadlaney Will the acceleration be affected if this exhaust is used?
Peaceful man I haven't felt any acceleration changes.
PIN IT BROTHER!! Nice ride.
Can you repost that link? It doesn't work for me. Thanks!
Thomas R. Smith looked on their website. it isn't listed anymore.
Did you need a power commander
I would recommend it eventually, if you want performance gains. If not, then just enjoy the sound.
hey on the edge of the valley road
Does it come with a rear seat?
WeGotTheJ's you can order the seat and foot pegs. doesn't come standard
Amit Dadlaney Thanks 👍

Pretty sure it's the ceramic stainless steel one, I'm looking to get the same one. Almost £500 here in U.K. Not sure the $ on that,
I also removed the silencer
You didn't indicate you left turn :D but very loud, if they can't see you at least they heat you :D
That's cause turn signals are optional here in Vegas.
You are lucky man, in Roumania it's an obligation :)
exhaust note not for me but cool bike
is this the 21" or the shorter slashed?
Jack Clague it's the shorter one.
Amit Dadlaney thanks I like the sound but will probably longer for some slight baffling
