That would work. Just make sure that you are debuffing Melina at all costs, especially if you have inflicted rage on one unit. But if all units are affected by an AOE and survive, then it's possible. Healing is also works to maintain your survival throughout the entire fight.
It is quite the long battle, but if you play your cards right with the debuffing and attacking and boosting your own attacks will ensure a good end to the battle.
