3Racha are a hip-hop trio, meaning 2 rappers and a DJ! Bang Chan's main part in 3Racha, both in the early unit and the producing team now, was always making the beats. In 3Racha stuff he sometimes only sings the hook. He also raps in English and Korean occasionally, but he was never as rap-focused as Changbin and Han.
I think people get confused about the "rap unit" thing, but traditional hip-hop groups in the 80s and 90s were also typically one beat maker and 1, 2 or more rappers rapping over these beats.
So, it is not surprising that Bang Chan doesn't rap very often on SKZ songs. He was always the DJ.

I think there's a misunderstanding here, because there is no such thing as "just a DJ". 3Racha having a DJ is something that makes them more of a rarity in KPop than anything else.
Beat making is a very different skill set from performing on stage (rapping/singing/dancing), as well as writing and composing songs. It is usually done by one or more people working behind the scenes (and even 3Racha work with at least one additional producer who takes care of the arrangements with or without Bang Chan most of the time. If they didn't, he probably wouldn't be able to do anything else, it is honestly already crazy that he manages to be as involved as he is currently).
I didn't say Chan can't rap or didn't rap at all, but his key part im 3Racha is DJ/beat maker, and that comes through in all of their performances as a sub-unit in various ways: style, delivery, position on the track, even the content of his lyrics...
It is super important to understand the DJ role, because traditional hip-hop crews often formed around a DJ (who originally mixed tracks live on stage using two turntables playing vinyl records) or later also a sampler/beat maker (who creates beats from samples in the studio for rappers to rap over). The DJs are almost always core members and/or (official/unofficial) leaders of the crew! (Like e.g. Run for Run DMC, or RZA for Wu-Tang Clan, or Dr. Dre (alongside DJ Yella) for N.W.A., or Tablo (alongside DJ Tukutz) for Epik High, etc. I'm not comparing 3Racha to any of them musically, styles are different, just the general structure)
That Bang Chan has been a DJ/beat maker in 3Racha from the start is something that sets them apart in the KPop industry (but not hip-hop!), because KPop rap lines who write and compose their own songs are much more common than ones who also have a dedicated DJ/beat maker, who is personally involved in ~half of the arrangements and is up there performing on stage as well. (There are members who have arrangement credits on the occasional song in most of these rap lines, too, but I wouldn't necessarily count them as DJs unless there is no other identifiable dedicated beat maker, e.g. G-Dragon co-wrote and co-composed the bulk of Big Bang's discography, but the main beat maker is Teddy, with G-Dragom only occasionally participating in arrangements, with somewhat increasing frequency as time went on).
I feel like people are often confused by Bang Chan's performances with 3Racha as a trio and how it relates to Changbin and Han, if they only look at the rap itself and the line distribution among them, but not the fact that he worked on the beat without them.

Creo que es mucho más que un DJ su talento habla de gran versatilidad, vanguardia y profesionalismo

That "They always say the same excuses. While they're complaining, we're producing" line at the end is from their earlier song "Passion." Similarly, the opening line, "1 2 3RACHA get spotlight" is from "Intro," the very first song predebut 3RACHA put out on their first album (3RACHA album, not SKZ album), back in 2017. That line was literally 3RACHA's introduction of themselves to the world (it's also where they get their absolute train wreck of a group greeting).
You mentioned not having heard enough of Chan's rapping yet to have a feel for his characteristics. Fwiw, he's fairly fluid with it, but if I had to describe it with one term, it would be "lazy rap" or somewhat "mumble rap." It's a really effective complement to the styles of Han and Bin.

omg this is sooo late, but Han sounds British because he lived in Malaysia while doing education, and they use the British curriculum there, which contributes to his English speaking proficiency. The “shut up” part of Han was soooo British😭😭😭😭

3RACHA the rap trio is distinct from 3RACHA the producing unit of SKZ. Outside SKZ, yes, they're a rap trio, with all three rapping _and_ producing, but with Bin and Han always having the primary focus of rapping, while Chan's most frequent, consistent contribution is beat-making and _then_ backing up the other two with rap and vocals.
Danceracha/3RACHA/Vocalracha aren't lines -- they're units. The de facto rap line comprises two members of 3RACHA (Bin, Han) and two members of Danceracha (Hyunjin, Felix). The de facto vocal line comprises a member of 3RACHA (Chan), a member of Danceracha (Lee Know), and both members of Vocalracha (Seungmin, I.N). The breakdown there should help highlight that the units don't align with lines. Especially once you add in other details, like Han also being one of the primary vocalists and thus technically part of the de facto vocal line except when they decide to specifically divide four-by-four (in which case, he goes to the rap side), like with Muddy Water vs Waiting for Us. Or Chan being their "put him wherever we can use him" tool, jumping around to fill in vocals and rap as needed. Or Lee Know being the next-most-frequent rapper after the four members of the de facto rap line (especially in the earlier days, when his vocals hadn't yet developed to the same level as his rap). Or Felix, with his vocal skills having grown so much recently and him being increasingly comfortable with those skills, now starting to contribute more and more to straight-up vocals rather than just rap and momentary killing lines. The only two who really do spend the vast majority of their time on one side of the rap/vocal divide are Seungmin and I.N, and even they cross over on every album.
You asked about songs where several of them rap. Here are a few, since I'm not sure which one you're trying to recall:
-- Hellevator: Five people rap in the original version (Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Lee Know); four people sing the prechorus (Seungmin, Woojin, Chan, Han); five people sing the chorus (Han, I.N, Chan, Woojin, Changbin)
-- District 9: Four rap (five if you count Felix, but I don't really do so in this case; he leans more toward a rough vocal here): Lee Know, Hyunjin, Han, Changbin
-- Maze of Memories: All eight of them on essentially a pure rap song
-- The Tortoise and the Hare: All eight of them, in wildly different rap styles because the song is an experimental head trip
-- Christmas EveL: Changbin, Han, Lee Know, I.N, arguably Felix kinda
-- Cheese: Changbin, Han, Seungmin, Felix, Hyunjin
-- Freeze: One of the few non-unit tracks where the song structure really clearly and consecutively divides them into the de fact rap and vocal lines (starting with rap: Changbin, Felix, Hyunjin, Han; then vocals: Seungmin, I.N, Lee Know, Chan)
-- Venom: Minus quite as much consecutive adherence, this does the same thing as Freeze
-- Even in Gone Away, where there's only three members and it's a ballad, both Han and Seungmin rap
-- Boxer, My Side, Mirror, N/S, and a ton of others...
