I found that running it by itself (as a separate chrome instance) and just run Vysor works best. If I run it along a bunch of tabs it gets super slow. The only negative comment I have is that it requires the device's screen to stay on at all times and my OPO gets super hot after a while.
This is also great for physically disabled individuals who can't pickup or operate a mobile device. However they have technologies to operate their computer and this software gives them a link to work with a mobile device. Very cool.
Unfortunately there are some pitfalls, like when the screen times out, you'll have to press power then swipe the screen open. Hope they can come up with some solution for that.
i have some questions to do, as average "potential customer": 1) is it possible to hear the audio source of the android phone on the PC SPEKERS? 2) it has recently been added the WIRELESS connection, but is it really usable if phone is connected in 3g/4g? or is it only working "wirelessy on WIFI" on the same network? 3) teamviewer already allow the SAME task to mirror the android screen wirelessy ( wifi or 3g ) without to pay a cent, and i tested that the PC keyoard is working as input interface very fine. ........ARE THERE NOTABLE differences if i'm going to use Vysor to do the same purpose? maybe there are more precise customization as well bitrate of video, resolution, whilst on teamviewer HOST ( or quick support) i can only chose 2 preset, more quality/more speed, but not precise bitrate/resolution. Apart these precisations about bitrare and resolution ARE THERE OTHER DIFFERENCES that can let me prefer Vysor instead of teamviewer?
Be careful when you buy this application. I recently bought a one-year plan from Chrome, but after a while, it was not opened and not supported by Chrome, but the developer didn't answer. Choose carefully. It's really annoying. I just threw away my money.
+mkygod Check out Nox for Windows, it's a great application which runs Android KitKat smoothly on your computer. It's an almost next to stock experience with only a few tweaks.
I've been using Mobizen for a long time, quick and easy setup. The problem with the screen share is that it requires the non-tech person to setup ADB!

This will become a feature, so no mind waitting, even 5 years, for Google to implement this.
Sidesync for Samsung devices works well enough for me!
+Ryan V Exactly. Most people need simple stuff. I think BlackBerry Blend and Samsung Sidesync are features Google should look at.
