is anybody else having a problem with the Archies dropping in games? I maybe get one or two a match . out of like 30 to 40 kills a match but only one to two Archies sucks. just me but I would rather do xp events

In my opinion, the community based events, are cool, and locking some "high value" rewards behind them at least to me is fine, but doing it like the Sirin where we basically had to wait until the end of the event is not the way to do it, maybe instead of having the intersting item of the event being the last one, mybe beign the third might be kinda cool
Definitely not just you. I would try and grind out every MW3 event for the camo, even if I would never use it, purely so that I had it. The magma camo felt like such an achievement, and I would put it on all of my guns just to show off that I had it. And yet strangely, I never tried to get the mastery camos
Played for like 7 hours today between zombies and multiplayer and got 42 Archie’s. This event is ass and there’s literally no way I could finish this. I normally only have a couple hours every couple days. So unfortunate I can’t get these items
a bit annoyed that it wasnt made clear that the black cell unlock dosent count towards unlocking the sniper. wasted multiple hours of play for no progress

It's why cosmetics are the primary motivation for prestiging, and why MWIII's functional unlocks were all weekly challenges rather than mandatory XP grinds. If the player is forced to grind to for tangible goods, they feel forced to play, but if they're given a reasonable amount of time, and the grind is for optional unlocks that make them stand out, it keeps them playing longer.
I hate these Warzone exclusive rewards. I do not play Warzone. I do not have Warzone installed. Stop giving me rewards in a game I bought that do nothing in the game I bought.
Let's be fair, once this game's life cycle is over, we're all gonna go back to sucking Treyarch dick next year. Happened with BO4, happened with Cold War. Sledgehammer's handling of MW3 is simply on our minds because we're just off the heels of the final season of MW3 and now Treyarch's mishandling the first few months of BO6.
these events truly feel like activision was shocked by how well mw3's events did for player retention so they told treyarch to hold back content from launch and quickly slap some events together in an attempt to get some player retention
I think if they were going to try and cover another botched rollout, event/update/patch/fix/ect, like this one, they just need to start owning it openly at this point to us. I wish it would also mean that they would just give all event items to the players now instead of them getting at the end of the event since over half the players already have the new DLC sniper and attachment.
My gf and me only played together, Warzone. I had 61k she had around 30k. I think they put the week before the event into the timer and counted the chests opened, I regularly open around double the amount as she does.
My honest opinion on these events is i like the xp and kill based like the power drill getting elimations new content shouldn't be locked by events since the armory isn't available yet
I cannot get more than 9 Archies to drop in any given zombies game and I don't wanna wait until Jan 3rd to enjoy the holiday event items that I've played more than enough to unlock. I'm beyond annoyed with this event, they should just give everybody all the items immediately.
Never thought I’d say this but I miss supply drops and seasonal map packs. Cause all of the cosmetic content was grindable and not locked behind events or buying them with real cash. Like they need to make it possible to do it both ways
I have no problems with zombies. And multi-player isn't too bad for the first season. I'm afraid of playing warzone or ranked play right now because of cheaters and undeserved bans on accounts. I'm not a famous streamer so I would have no cred to get my ban removed.
They need to fix the game breaking bugs that are causing the problem with calling card challenges not tracking your progress in the game it’s a reason why I don’t want to play the game right now until they fix this problem I’m gonna take a break from the game altogether and I really enjoy playing Bo6 but this game breaking bug is really annoying
If they're giving it to everyone... Give it now! Makes no sense dying to people using it and some folks getting 2 week headstart and I have to grind for 3 a match... Sucks ass!

Absolute SHITSHOW after every Update. While some got 100 times more Archies than needed others have to play for hours to get 280 Archies. Treyarch/Activision owes it to everyone in the end.

Honestly I get extremely unlucky with the new Event. I did start with 0 but also getting Archies is kinda bugged sometimes it just stops at 5 and don't count the others I collect until I restart the Game and sometimes nothing drops for multiple Games
The glitch definitely didn't help them but I think the event also just being another big grind fest has just put people off. It's something like 35-40 MP games just to get the 3 50 archie rewards. It's rough, Made worse when if we are being totally honest. You only really care about the completion reward.
@Espresso can you make a video talking about the state of which call of duty and warzone is at? Nadeshot, Swagg, and a few others have and I think if enough content creators push it out people will stop playing and change will happen.
Is anyone able to play Black ops six cause for some reason when I login to multiplayer I only have an option to play custom matches or the training course. I could play zombies to level up my guns, but I can’t play with other people.
You’ve either been hacker ipcoded and sent to the shadow realm server or you are not playing bo6 because zombies is fully online and you wouldn’t be able to play without connection to servers
It really sucks that they took the potential of this game and ruined it with game breaking glitches (nuke town cars invisible), bad latency, and just lack of a challenge, the camos boring af with the headshots

I collected every event and season camo in mw2 and mw3. Comparing the events and the LTM it’s a big drop for BO6 imo.

Im enjoying the challenges myself also a little camo grind, i did damascus in 2019 and after that it stopped me enjoying mw.

A 14 day lackluster event full of filler content. MWIII events were great and they should have built on that.
