I can’t encourage enough people to watch this. I still have a long way to go but I feel I was guided some time ago to make a number of changes in my life.. my husband is always on the same page. Food being the primary change. We cut out all processed food. I start with a smoothie every day with fruit nuts and seeds creek yogurt, and I include cacao , it staves off sweet cravings and fights cancer. I’m not boasting, just stating a fact that at 65 I’m in fantastic health, and I can wear aged 13/14 years clothing (saves on vat haha) and I’m pretty damn good at yoga … a year ago I needed a hip operation .. not any more! , I always tell people.. I eat like it’s 1975 , it’s that easy . Clove and ginger tea every night reduced the age my face. So many good you tube videos who speak like these wonderful women. Thank you all for this one and if anyone read this comment I’ll say it again. This advice can improve your life
The keto and carnivore diet (with intermittent fasting) eliminates a lot of processed, chemical filled American food. Jordan and Michaela Peterson do carnivore. Their health issues almost completely cleared up! Not easy to do, I’m going to try carnivore again. Felt so good! Europe may have cleaner food, gluten isn’t so horrible in Europe, I know that for a fact.
Yes! Individual cells in our bodies are constantly rebuilding themselves but to do so, they need dozens, if not hundreds, of minerals in trace quantities. We used to be able to get most of them from our food supply but they are mostly stripped out of modern processed foods.

Carpal tunnel wouldn't go away even though I wasn't using it heavily like before. My digestive system was not right. I began urinating a little blood and couldn't hold my urine long. Became a job hazard being a trucker. Doctor said it was my prostate. Finally found carnivore and everything went away. Today at 50 feel better than at 20. Plants use chemicals to defend themselves. We have one stomach and a pH of 1.2 to 1.6. Perfect for digesting meat. Not designed to process loads of chemicals and so on. Agriculture was out of necessity and is a new experiment. After agriculture we lost about 12% of our brain size and began having more diseases, crooked teeth, and etc.

Sadly, nothing is healthy now! I learnt (at uni) that there are 'permitted additives' that interfere with our brain chemistry! These additives do not let the "full up" signal that occurs when you have eaten to the full. No wonder we can't eat one biscuit but end up eating the whole packet! Not only that when we don't register up satiety (fullness), this then can lead to addiction and/or cravings for that particular food. The best way (I think is to start from scratch and don't eat fast food / ready made meals / convenience foods!
Time , years ago mothers had time , they bought fresh cooked, now there have to work , and I often think 🤔🤔 thing will go back to all most likely before , it worked for thousands of years , and people are wanting that
I respectfully disagree with this lady , I don't like much meat , and it's done harm because I'm anemic ,and all this healthy food is full of palm additives and more and becoming allergic because the diets changed to quick

Yes, O type blood need to eat Meat. Other are better on veggies and Mediterranean diet is the best , I think.
