There was never ,ever, any other group like The 5th Dimension . They were in a class of their very own . Being British I could only buy their records and hope they'd get played on the radio so it's great for me seeing all this appearance stuff coming up on You Tube - even if I did have to wait 50 or more years 1

They were (and are) my favourite group. I saw them in concert in 1970. I've always loved their music. There was nobody like them in the day, and that's still the same for this era. Thanks again!
I was 1 here in Australia when all this was going down. In fact., 1969 I don't even think I was 1! I can remember the name of the band and their songs though, Up Up and Away and Aquarius were often on the car radio and on TV here in Melbourne so I was certainly aware of their tunes!! Mum used to look at and talk about 'Marilyn's' hair with her friends when they were on TV and for some reason, I used to connect The 5th Dimension with the Australian cop TV show "Division 4" which was on in the same period and a big hit on TV.....the "4" in the cop show was the same looking "4" on all of those black record labels from the 60's and 70's too so it could be just a time period visual thing...vivid childhood memories galore distant in my memory cells but still there!! Does anyone know if 5th Dimension ever toured in Australia at all???

Those of usl ucky enough to see the 5th back in the day know how incredibly talented they were - they deserve to be in the RRHoF.
